Sharing knowledge to peers, friends and others is one of my habits and passion, and I hope that this little preparation will help others to gain more knowledge for their own benefits, family and society as a whole.

The 7 habits of Highly Effective People May 09, 2018
After watching the video about the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, I have found
that life does not just depend on what it happens, but it does happen by making choice.
We are absolutely free to choose what we want to do to make a possible future and a
better life depending on our choice. Each situation or challenging is an opportunity for
us to do things differently to produce positive results for the near future. And bellows
are the following ideas of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People that I have absorbed
from last session conducted on Thursday, May 03, 2018.
Habit 1: Be Proactive is what we take responsibility for our lives. Don’t blame
challenging or situation which we are not able to control, but focus on what we can do,
and do as much as we do with our passion (ARIAS, 2016 ). Habit 2: Begin With the
End in Mind means that we have to know where we are, what we should start, and
what we want to achieve by the end. The suggestion of Habit 2 for us is to develop a
personal mission statement as a guide to a principle-centered life, and I think that it
really pushes me personally to consider what matters most, what we value in our lives,
and what shapes and drives our choices for my own benefit and future (macarisms,
2012). Habit 3: Put First Things First means that we have to focus on things which are
most valuable to us, and all we need to do is to concentrate on our priorities. Habit 4:
Think Win-Win is an idea that I like the most because everyone can get advantages
from the task or project they have involved. In working environment, this idea is more
likely promoted in order to boost up more potential from staff to achieve the
organization’s goals. Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood which
means putting ourselves in the other people’s perspectives by giving more
consideration on understanding the other person’s ideas or opinions over ours. Habit
6: Synergize is to sincerely interact with other people by putting their knowledge
together to produce better results than they individually can. Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
is the foundation for personal effectiveness. Moreover, it is very important to keep a
balance of the four areas of our lives: physical, social/emotional, mental, and spiritual
(ARIAS, 2016 ).
In conclusion, as I go through both life and working process, I think that all of the
ideas in this book are very important in order to make our lives and future better, and I
strongly believe that if many people read this book, they will build their own mature
and create something greater. Lastly, we have to keep telling ourselves that our selves
are our greatest asset. It is vital that we undertake self-renewal and maintain
wellbeing. When we keep ourselves fresh and renewed, we will improve our ability to
handle the challenges around us.
