2. TRAILER/SOUND Action
Fast Pace
Music
The types of sounds that I used
for the production entailed
different types of sound effects
(SFX) from the programme that
was already stalled on the
computer and also soundtracks
from YouTube, particularly
towards the end of my trailer. Our As we had eventually come to the
original idea was to use a decision what soundtrack we
soundtrack throughout, but after wanted to use we needed to

trailer. To begin with we were
going to use â2pac-Dear Mamaâ
this was because lyrically the
words synchronised and really
was able to identify with our
product. Although when we came
across âTI-Yeah Ya Knowâ we
immediately knew that this was a
better fit, both lyrically and
rhythmically so it was a no Loyalty Love Appreciation of parents
brainer.
3. Immediately we understood that we
were going to use a soundtrack
nonetheless we didn't want to use
the entire of the 4:29 minutes with
this we selected the introduction
and which went through un till the
pinnacle of the middle chorus so it
ended on impact. In the beginning
we used separate SFX so that it
would be a build up until the actual
peak of the trailer which was when
we brought in the actual backing
track consisting of TI which really
gave that dramatic effect. We used
the first couple of minutes of the
song to create the anticipated
build-up effect we were discussing.
We done this so that the scenes
we chose to position at the end,
were intense and created
suspense.
TRAILER/SOUND
4. The sound effects were very constructive in the
formation of our trailer as we inferred from our
investigation that all most all trailers included a
soundtrack and sound effects which were usually
used at the beginning. The sound effect we used
were mostly for our establishing shots and
important scenes such as the phone call shot.
As a group we then later made the decision to implant the sound effects
within out trailer on the programme Adobe Premier Pro. We had to place
the sound effects where it says âAudio 1â as this is where you can allow
your backing track/sound effects synchronise and harmonise with the rest
of your trailer. TRAILER/SOUND

Adobe premier pro we were able to create a Logical order of
framing and ways in which we could connect each scene to
the next through transitions and also speeding scenes up
and also slowing them down.
8. CRITICISM OF POSTER
â˘It should have been Portrait instead of landscape
â˘There should have been more shots in the background
â˘You could have added a film strip in the background
â˘The colours are too dark
â˘Minimal writing
â˘More attention to detail
10. CRITICISM OF
MAGAZINE
â˘There should have been just one central image as a pose to
two.
â˘Dark colours are too overpowering.
â˘There is too much black space.
â˘Too much puffs/stories round the edge.
â˘Highlighted box was not needed.
â˘To expensive.
11. INSTITUTIONS IN TRAILER
At first our initial plans were for
our institution to be âLighthouse
Productionsââ. The we realised
that this was already an actual
institution so we then changed it
to Eclipse cinemas and to build
on this we even got an image to
synchronise with the actual name
of the institution. After this is the
institution we decided to carry on
working on and develop further
so that it eventually looked more
professional. Our main aim was
to allow the institution to look as
realistic as possible and from our
audience feedback I think that we
achieved this effect as people
thought that it was actually real.
