• Consider ethical guidelines
• Save in your computer. Take
time for processing.
• Save in cloud – easy but big
file size is a problem; >1 GB
It is like a class routine which may be
applied university-wide
Class Duration
• In traditional system we spend @ 10 minutes
for attendance.
• You may save it if take this digitally.
• vSession uses Zoom as backend
• Teachers must use it for classes
• Student do not need to have account with
vSession

Points to consider
• If you haven’t used Zoom before click the link to
download Zoom prior to the day of the meeting and
familiarise yourself with any features you may need to
use on the day – mute/unmute microphone, stop/start
video, screenshare etc.
• Have your video on unless you are experiencing
connection issues Find a quiet space without
interruptions / background noise
• Always schedule a meeting.
Beginning of the class
• Give an introduction and your mode of
teaching
• Take attendance using Chat box, just
provide registration number, e.g. 14-
05884
• For Assignment or Class lecture uploads
you may use our website or Google
Classroom
• Raise hand to talk
• Mute your microphone when not talking
• Try to avoid talking over / at the same time as
other participants
• Be aware you are on camera and try to avoid
doing other tasks, checking emails, looking at
your phone etc.
Logistics
• vSession account
• Laptop (preferable than any other devices)
• Tab – second preference
• Cloud storage
• A good microphone
• Touch pen device
