The GFC Mesoamerican Knowledge Exchange brought together more than 20 grassroots partners from six countries in North and Central America in Panama City, Panama. Participants discussed the work of their organizations through an interactive "gallery walk" and the importance of restorative practices when working with children and youth. The event also included visits to partners in Panama, a tour of the Panama Canal, and time to interact and learn from others in the global humanitarian community.

With over 2,500 attendees in past years from multiple universities, the fraternity hopes to raise substantial funds for JDRF through ticket sales and donations at their spring festival.

There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
