Campaign Summary
We all want to work. No matter our gender, age, race, (dis)ability or family situation. But some of us
are met with an unpleasant certainty – prejudice. Diversity Talent Pool helps all these people find job
opportunities in companies where prejudice is a thing of the past. All they need to do is register on
the platform.
But since almost none of the jobseekers who might need Diversity Talent Pool’s services know about
it, we will make them notice. Or rather – Mr. and Mrs. (No)Prejudice (manželé Bezpředsudkovi) will.
We will create these two personas representing everything the target group knows to be true about
finding jobs. And we will grow with them to give less voice to Mr. Prejudice and more voice to his
wife Mrs. NoPrejudice. Showing that there is no need for the candidates to be afraid of animosity or
intolerance on the platform.
Creative Insight
The problem with disadvantaged people finding jobs is rooted deeply within those providing most job
opportunities. They often think that simply because someone is in a wheelchair, they must live with
a mental disability as well. Or simply because someone is 50 years or older, they supposedly miss
ambition and drive. We are here to tell our jobseekers – “Prejudice has no place being here.
Unlike you.”
It’s in Diversity Talent Pool’s DNA to fight for companies seeing the person for their skills and not
their disadvantage. We will make sure they understand that they can find jobs in companies that
understand them and their needs and want to meet them.
How does it work?
By increasing relevant traffic of jobseekers to Diversity Talent Pool registration website. We manage
to do that by having a strong integrated message across all channels we use while applying Marketing
Funnel (Awareness, Consideration and Conversion). Using this messaging and applying it to various
channels we drive curiosity and finally registrations.
Messages at every funnel stage:
Awareness: Prejudice has no place with us. Unlike you.
Consideration: We inspire people with shared values and invite them to learn more.
Conversion: We invite people to register at diversitytalentpool.cz.
Solution
The two personas: Mr. Prejudice and Mrs. NoPrejudice take us across channels, and we see
Mr. Prejudice losing his voice in favour of his wife, being learned about his flaws and finally
Mrs. NoPrejudice advocating diversity within the customer journey.
Video on Social (Awareness) – We use simple video formats with a twist. By telling a longer story
about Mr. and Mrs. (No)Prejudice but requiring registration at diversitytalentpool.cz website to finish
watching the rest.
Influencer Q&A (Awareness, Consideration) – Use carefully chosen influencers with experiences
similar to our target group we create short Q&A formats where they point at people’s prejudices and
lead followers to Diversity Talent Pool website.
Linkedin fake profile (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion) – Share user generated real
stories of times they felt undervalued and misjudged. Provoking others to share their opinion.
Promoting posts. Posting job opportunities that lead to website registration.

No matter our gender, age, race, (dis)ability or family situation. But some of us are met with an unpleasant certainty – prejudice. Diversity Talent Pool helps all these people find job opportunities in companies where prejudice is a thing of the past. All they need to do is register on the platform. But since almost none of the jobseekers who might need Diversity Talent Pool’s services know about it, we will make them notice. Or rather – Mr. and Mrs. (No)Prejudice (manželé Bezpředsudkovi) will. We will create these two personas representing everything the target group knows to be true about finding jobs. And we will grow with them to give less voice to Mr. Prejudice and more voice to his wife Mrs. NoPrejudice. Showing that there is no need for the candidates to be afraid of animosity or intolerance on the platform. Creative Insight The problem with disadvantaged people finding jobs is rooted deeply within those providing most job opportunities. They often think that simply because someone is in a wheelchair, they must live with a mental disability as well. Or simply because someone is 50 years or older, they supposedly miss ambition and drive. We are here to tell our jobseekers – “Prejudice has no place being here. Unlike you.” It’s in Diversity Talent Pool’s DNA to fight for companies seeing the person for their skills and not their disadvantage. We will make sure they understand that they can find jobs in companies that understand them and their needs and want to meet them. How does it work? By increasing relevant traffic of jobseekers to Diversity Talent Pool registration website. We manage to do that by having a strong integrated message across all channels we use while applying Marketing Funnel (Awareness, Consideration and Conversion). Using this messaging and applying it to various channels we drive curiosity and finally registrations. Messages at every funnel stage: Awareness: Prejudice has no place with us. Unlike you. Consideration: We inspire people with shared values and invite them to learn more. Conversion: We invite people to register at diversitytalentpool.cz. Solution The two personas: Mr. Prejudice and Mrs. NoPrejudice take us across channels, and we see Mr. Prejudice losing his voice in favour of his wife, being learned about his flaws and finally Mrs. NoPrejudice advocating diversity within the customer journey. Video on Social (Awareness) – We use simple video formats with a twist. By telling a longer story about Mr. and Mrs. (No)Prejudice but requiring registration at diversitytalentpool.cz website to finish watching the rest. Influencer Q&A (Awareness, Consideration) – Use carefully chosen influencers with experiences similar to our target group we create short Q&A formats where they point at people’s prejudices and lead followers to Diversity Talent Pool website. Linkedin fake profile (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion) – Share user generated real stories of times they felt undervalued and misjudged. Provoking others to share their opinion. Promoting posts. Posting job opportunities that lead to website registration. MEET BEZPŘEDSUDKOVI Short video stories to be continued after registration
