This document describes a virtual community of practice (CoP) called the NASA Program Project Management CoP (PPM CoP). The PPM CoP aims to provide NASA program and project managers with resources like institutional requirements, best practices, lessons learned, training, templates, and a way to interact with other managers. It will contain narratives, references, and interactive community features. The objective is to mirror the NASA Engineering Network and support the growth of PPM expertise at NASA. Feedback will be collected to further improve the resources provided on the PPM CoP.
