Here are the ways/ experiences on
motivating parents and teachers
that led to the accomplishment of
the programs and projects:
• Had a conference with the teachers to
plan and set target of the activity/program
• Had a meeting with the concerned
parents to seek their participation and make
them aware of the purpose and importance
of the activity/program to the welfare of the
pupils.
• Recognized pupils’ accomplishment
during the PTA/quarterly meeting/assembly.
• Teachers and parents were also
challenged to surpass or maintain the
previous accomplishment.
• Provided financial support to
participants
• Encouraged teachers to follow the
criteria of the contest (e.g. Gulayan sa
Paaralan) in the preparation of the needed
documents/facilities.
• Sent teachers to trainings relevant to
their area of specialization
• Teachers were given certificate of recognition
for their valuable services and for being the persons
behind all the schools’ accomplishments.
• Employed a strong campaign to have the
qualified students enrolled in ALS-HRS.
• Above all, make the school members feel that
we work collaboratively, perform each assigned task
religiously and have a common goal.
Thank You Again…..
