About DRYTECH: Drytech Processes India Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing
of Spray Dried Fruits and Vegetable Powders, Cheese Powder, Fat Powder,
Nutritional Powder, Gum Acacia etc. It is ISO 22000, 14001 and 18001, Kosher,
Halal Certified Organization. The major customer includes Fresenius Kabi, Wrigley,
HUL, Nestle, General mills,VKL, Nicolus, IFF, Symrise, ITC, GSK etc. Doing job
work for Abbott, Nestle, and IFF etc.
Some Achievements
• Developed Spray Dried Non Dairy Whipped Topping Powder
• Developed Spray Dried Beverage Whitener
• Developed Spray Dried Non Dairy Creamer (For Export Market)
• Part of Nutritional products development activities, With FK (Fresubin
Product), Abbott (Similac), Nestle (P-50)
• Coordinate with L’amar Natural product like Reassure Diabetic, R. Junior

Responsibilities & Authority
• Development of Spray Dried Fruits and Veg. powder as well as
Nutritional Powder.
• New product development as per the market & customer demands in
accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Currently working on development of Beverage Whitener (Dairy
Whitener replacer) and Seasoning Cheese Powder and Tomato Powder.
• Helping to production in term of flow chart, making SOP (including
CCP, HACCP) and Product Data Sheet.
• Working with production personnel to move new or improved processes
from R&D to production plant.
• To redress customer complaints given by H.O., within a shortest time with
corrective / preventive action.
• To conduct the trials to develop different new products and to perform

RESEARCH WORK
M.Sc. Project: Completed project on “Studies in Develpoment And
Evaluation Of Extruded Product From Millet-Soy Flour.”, at the CCS
HAU, Hissar, Haryana, India.
Summary: Extrusion of food is an emerging technology for the food
industries to process and market large number of products of varying size,
shape, texture and taste. It provides hygienic products of standard and
uniform quality with enhanced shelf life. Snacks are generally consumed as
light meals or a partial replacement for a regular meal. The snack food
market in India is diverse and large. Organized retail chains have high
demand for snacks. The market for processed snack foods is enormous,
and a number of large corporations compete rigorously to capture larger
shares of the snack food market. Considering all these factors, the work
was undertaken to develop ready to eat extrudate snacks with good
nutritional values.
Objectives:
• Standardization of processes.
• Evaluated sensory as well as chemical parameter.
