• As a part of the course curriculum of degree of Master of Business Administration of Visvesvaraya
Technological University I am required to understand an organization study in an organisation. The purpose of
this project is to study and understand the organization as a whole and to know how exactly the various
departments function in an organization.
• It also stimulates and helps to understand the work environment better. The study assesses the performance of
the organization and examines the changes in environment. It gives a picture about industry structure and the
current scenario of the industry around the world.
• This report tells us the success story of the Global Green Company Limited. This report consists of the study
of the organization. It involves the brief profile of the company, background and also the nature of the company,
awards and achievements, vision and mission, product profile of the organization.
• It also includes Porters Five Force model analysis which includes the threats of new entrants, the rivalry in the
industry, the threat of substitute product or services, Bargaining power of customers and Bargaining power of
suppliers. SWOT analysis a detailed analysis of the company’s strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats.

organization is operating and manufacturing only few products such as gherkins, jalapenos etc
and it is trying to focus on tomatoes in the domestic market.
The organisation wants to expands the market and business towards the UK market that is it is
trying to occupy the clients in the UK market and serve them with the products with better
quality.
Planning to increase a farming field in Mysore, Chamarajnagar etc and it will to help farmers get
the profit without any investment and it will help organization to get more crops at the same
time.
Focus on baby corns as it gives more profit and a running in the market.
The plant in the Domestic area is trying to expand the quality of operations, warehouse and other
infrastructural facilities.
Need to focus on the Domestic Market as most of the products has been exported and now it is
trying to focus on serving Indian customers with the change in taste according to preferences

LEARNING EXPERIENCE
It’s been privileged to undertake an organisation study at the company. It was a wonderful
experience and indeed a great learning working in such a company which offers high quality
products.
The objective of doing internship is to use of both the students working as in term as well as
to the company for which the students are working. The organization study about “The
Global Green Company Limited” has given me the opportunity to gain valuable industry
related experience that would allow me to expand my career options. The skills and
knowledge I gained was quite vast.
Apart from learning as how the organization functions, its structure, departments, policies
and processes the study has opened the doors to explore the various dimension of
organization.
The guidance, support, feedback, useful suggestions and advanced insights about my subject
which was provided by my project guide helped me to successfully complete this
organizational study.

was successful in achieving the specific objectives. It helped to
familiarize with the organization structure and its functioning. It helped
to familiarize with the different departments in the organization and
their functions and activities including documentation.
The study helped to understand how the key business processes are
carried out in an organization and how information is used in
organization for decision making at various levels. This study helped in
improving practical knowledge. The organization study was beneficial
as it helped to gain confidence and awareness.
