3. AVAILABLE FUNDING TO EMPLOYERS
RECRUITMENT
You qualify if you can offer a young person employment:
Between the ages of 16-24
Has been unemployed for more than six months
Offering a permanent job vacancy that is:
16 hours or more per week
For 6 months or more
Paid at national minimum wage or above
What we offer:
Commitment to oversee the whole recruitment process
Pre-screening
1 week suitability trial
Any additional training that is mandatory (Funded in some cases)
Regular service calls and mentoring facility.
We believe that the service we provide is second to none and this can be seen by the
caliber of clients we are dealing with on a daily basis. The process consists of
technically vetting every candidate thoroughly before submission. We also obtain
references for every candidate before placement and supply the number one
candidate chosen by you wherever possible for a trial within your company. This
enables our clients to save time and money on all resourcing elements. You could
also be eligible for a payment of up to £2,275.00 to support your employment costs.

4. FINANCIAL INCENTIVE FOR EMPLOYERS
APPRENTICESHIPS
You qualify if you can offer a young person who is:
Between the ages of 16-24
You will only be eligible for this funding if you have not employed an
apprentice in the last 12 months
A permanent job vacancy that is:
30 hours or more per week
For 12 months or more
Paid a minimum of £2.65 ph.

Apprenticeships are becoming increasingly popular with employers as they
seek to recruit fresh thinking and ambitious young individuals to support
them with the growth and expansion of their businesses.
You could be eligible for a payment of £1,500.00* to support your
employment costs.

What is a Motivational Map?
It is a simple yet incredibly on-line diagnostic tool that:
enables individuals, teams and organisations to understand and prioritise what

The Motivational Map is a ten page report. This is ideal for developing an individual
through coaching or mentoring.
