b. We will offer candidates within the required time limit as per the requirements
defined and if needed will also head hunt for the exact candidates.
c. On successful appointment of all such candidate(s) provided by us, our service
charges will be @ %for Junior Management level, for Middle Management level
and for Senior Management level this is (Gross annual emoluments for this
purpose include basic salary, all other monthly and annual allowances and
perquisites in cash and/or kind such as company car & accommodation which is
payable to the selected candidates.
On the selection of the candidate(s) so provided by us, the customer shall confirm in
writing the gross annual emoluments as defined above against which the bill will be
raised.
d. All such payment should be made in the name of Guru Krupa Placement
Services Payable at Mumbai within 7 days of the receipt of the bill. The bill will
be raised on the date of joining of the candidate(s).
If any tax is to be deducted at the source from the raised bill, the customer shall
issue Form 16A within one month fourteen days as per IT rules or at the time of
payment or provide TDS Certificate within stipulated time.
e. We are not bound or liable conditionally or otherwise any time to provide
candidates, if unable to do so.
f. In case the selected candidate leaves your organization on his own accord within
90 days of joining the services of the organization, we will provide you free
replacement for the said position
