What is our solution?
• We blend permanent / flexible resourcing seamlessly and oversee and manage this as an extension of
you - giving you and your team back your bandwidth. For example :
• HIRING - the headhunting process often takes several months. We provide flexible short term
resources to bridge the gap so you have impact from day 1. We will ensure the selected
candidate is fully inducted so they hit the ground running and have a seamless handover from
the flexible resource.
• UPGRADE - enables you to exit an underperformer now - we provide immediate flexible
resource infill and upgrade to cover the gap whilst the permanent replacement is sought and a
seamless handover is executed.
• BANDWIDTH - you or your team members need extra capacity - full or part-time - to focus on
issues / opportunities or to do elements of your day job.
• BACKFILL - whether a sudden departure, maternity leave or other situation - we provide an
immediate replacement using a flexible resource while long-term permanent hiring happens
concurrently.
• FRONTFILL - where you are not sure quite what you need in a permanent role and want to test
the water (usually with a more senior person than you think you need), we can deploy a flexible
resource to scope out and establish the role. We can change this resource at short notice to
adjust to your need as it evolves.
