We want to organize workshops and events to give customers and partners a better understanding of our company and what we do. The workshops would demonstrate our activities and products in an informal way through different activities and discussions. They would be held in various formats at our offices, conference rooms, and schools to educate people on topics like e-commerce, payment specifications, and the retail business. The events would bring us closer to our customers and promote CCV in a more personal way.

1. THE idea: We want to be close to our customers and partners.
Actually CCV is like a black box and not everybody knows what is going on inside.
The CCV After Work is a Show&Tell to demonstrate who we are, what we do and how.
It gives an open image to our customers and partners not only during the specific exhibitions but
everywhere and every time.
We would like to organize some workshops with different thematic and playful activities and
discussions.
It can be organized by different ways:
• Inside CCV offices
• In some Conferences rooms (Hotel, CFF, etc..)
• At High schools (EPFL, EPFZ, HES, HEC, etc..)
And different formats:
• Coffee break 08:00 – 10:00
• After work 18:00 – 21:00
• Whole day 08:00 – 18:00
Those workshops/conferences are also a way to meet and get feedbacks. It gives different points of
view not only in the sales process.
For example, we have defined a thematic about the E-Commerce, but some other ideas can be
organized:
- About EP2 and EMV specifications
- About PCI
- About the acquirers
- About the retail business
- ...
In the events, we would like to invite some special guests to speak about their activities.
At the end of the event, the people receives some goodies or a something from CCV for free or
special offers or coupons.
Advantages:
- We will be closes than today with our customers. They can meet some humans :-)
- It promotes our activities and describes the complexity in our domain.
- It promotes our products in a different way.
- We can reach different targets, not only some merchants.
- We give a professionnal and open vision of our activities.
- It creates activities on our social networks.
