2. To create the WOW, CCV has to offer a high quality service to its
customers.
This target can’t be achieved by a single action. Therefore we
thought of 3 ideas which will enable us to enhance our Quality
and create the WOW
3. The first idea is to offer to the new customers the transaction fees
during the 3 first months .
As it is a good selling point for the customer, it can be done in
partnership with an acquirer (Concardis or Aduno) who would fund it .
It’s a win win situation for all parties .
The customer saves money. CCV and the acquirer
gain new customers.

Nowadays the smartphones are replacing the pc in our daily life. As an
innovative company in a digitalised world, CCV must have it’s own
Smartphone Application.
The application should give to the customers acces, through their own
account, to following options:
- Order tracking
- Invoices
- Status of payments (customer invoice)
- Direct access to the transactions
- Transaction reports
- Webshop
- FAQ
- Contact ccv
- Special offers
5. 3. Who is important to us ??
• Of course The customer:
Imagine , when you get a customer call, instead of having to ask
him about his name or customer number, you already have all the
Information poped up on your screen.
The idea is to have the Octopi customer datas linked to the Phone
System, so when a phone number is registred in our database, we get a
pop up with the basic datas related to the caller.
