The WOW 3 team proposes three ideas to enhance quality of service and create a "WOW" experience for customers of CCV. The first idea is to offer new customers waived transaction fees for the first three months. The second idea is to develop a smartphone application that gives customers access to order tracking, invoices, payment status, transactions, reports, a webshop, FAQs and contact information. The third idea is to link the customer database to the phone system so customer information is displayed when calls are received.
