2. Who are we ?
It’s obvious, nobody really knows the daily
buisness of all our colleagues. It’s difficult for
us to understand and realize this daily
because we work every day with our
colleagues on the same department.
Often, employees do not understand the decision
or the answers to given by an another department
and the communication isn’t very good. This can
cause tensions within company.

3. The idea
Any employees have to visit an another department or
team for a one day’s internship . At least one training per
department annually.
The idea
A the end of each training, a evaluation’s report must be
made by the employee at each teamleader concerned
by this day. This report must be defended by the
“trainee” with its ideas and points of view on the team’s
functioning . The trade should be open and constructive.
