Corporate culture

Culture: the “glue” that holds an
organization together.

         the “compass” that provides
directions.
Work ethics and
Corporate
culture

Corporate culture is the set of
assumptions, beliefs, practices, formal and
informal rules and attitudes about how a
            company operates

Reasons for
disconnect

We pick up someone else's ringing
              phone."
Reasons for
disconnect

A company's culture is often buried so
  deeply inside rituals, assumptions,
attitudes, and values that it becomes
   transparent to an organization's
members only when, for some reason,
              it changes.
                                 –Rob Goffee
Reasons for
disconnect

 The oppressive atmosphere in most
  companies resembles downtown
        Calcutta in summer.

In closing
It's the action, input... that's important.
You have to do the right thing. It may not
be in your power, may not be in your time,
that there'll be any fruit. But that doesn't
mean you stop doing the right thing. You
may never know what results come from
your action. But if you do nothing, there
               will be no result.
                                    -Mahatma Gandhi
Conclusion

Do more than belong: participate. Do more
than care: help. Do more than believe:
practice. Do more than be fair: be kind. Do
more than forgive: forget. Do more than
                            dream: work.”
