China’s Economic Miracle Under A Macro Economic Viewhong_nona
This is my MBA Business Economic project addressing China’s robust economic growth from a top-10 global economy to the top 3-global economy in 10 years in-row.
This China Power Point highlights these facts and much more including: 18 Points on General Information, 5 Points on Family Life, 27 Points on Food, 11 Points on Food Etiquette, 20 Points on Social Etiquette, 35 Points on Business Etiquette, and 11 Points on Trivia.
In addition to the five main religions, Chinese people have some other traditional folk beliefs. More than 200 million people believe the existence of the ancestors’ souls and worship them, while about 700 million have taken part in the activities to worship their ancestors or related activities. About 150 million people believe in Fengshui theory and 140 million people believe in God of Wealth. Chinese Astrology is very popular and many people think the sign can decide one’s characters and future. Thus, it is obvious that the traditional folk belief has a wide foundation among the local people. Now, more and more Chinese people are fond of constellation in western culture. In the beginning of a new year, some people will watch some fortune telling programs to see whether they can succeed in the next year and learn how to avoid back luck.

IN THIS SUMMARY
Over the past few years, China has transformed itself into a powerful, consumer-oriented culture, and many Western companies have flocked to China to take advantage of this new marketplace. However, entrepreneurs from the United States and Western countries often fail to realize that transacting business in China is a far cry from making deals at home. Ted Plafker, a Beijing correspondent for The Economist, leverages his extensive experience in Chinese culture and entrepreneurship to offer a primer for newcomers who are planning to expand their business into China. According to his book, Doing Business in China, “As many foreign companies have already proven, success in China is possible, but only for those with the patience, persistence, and resources to see it through.”

Strategizing the Covid-19 response for a country (Biswadeep Ghosh Hazra) - {N...Biswadeep Ghosh Hazra
Problem Statement- Asses the situation of China and, after a round of brainstorming, googling and fact-checking, come up with a solution that can liberate the country of its present problems. The solution that you are providing must take into account how China can lure in companies, solve its COVID crisis, internal issues and pay its labours sufficiently.
The case study entailed making a countrywide strategy in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis. My solution revolved around suggesting the country from being a manufacture driven economy to a service-driven one, as almost all developed nations have a strong service sector that contributes a significant chunk to the GDP

www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

the national poverty line of RMB 2,300 per year at the end of 2012. With
the second largest number of poor in the world after India, poverty
reduction remains a fundamental challenge.
China’s sustained economic growth will make it the world’s largest
economy by 2030. Its large and competent labor force, entrepreneurial
culture, and massive infrastructure investments are making this growth
possible. But there are also challenges which include maintaining social
