Akron Zoo Negotiation
One example in particular started early on in the process when two or three precinct 3 E pastors
vocally opposed Issues 23 and 24. They felt like the community was only doing things for the
Akron Zoo, as in, they felt like the community was always putting together efforts that would only
benefit us, Criss said. This feedback from the pastors came after two town hall meetings organized
by councilwoman Sommervile. I think that s when we decided that we needed to sit down with
these religious leaders to facilitate a conversation about what passing the issues meant, Barnhardt
said. Because the AkronZoo felt that the pastors in the targeted area were opinion leaders, a one on
one conversation was chosen to facilitate an open dialogue about the issues. Both Criss and
Barnhardt felt that the open conversation with the pastors allowed for clearing up confusion and
misconceptions about what Issues 23 and 24 would mean for the zoo if passed. Criss commented...

Two of the town hall meetings were held at the zoo, and one was held at the Akron Library in
downtown Akron. The Akron Zoo encouraged members of the press and the community to attend
the meetings so that any questions or concerns received attention. One of the meetings, however,
sparked negative press from an Akron Beacon Journal reporter. After one meeting, a reporter called
Barnhardt with questions for a feature article in the Akron Beacon Journal. While the interview
went well with Barnhardt, the reporter than spoke with the CEO of the Akron Zoo about extending
the current plan of only selling alcohol after hours to daily sale. Unfortunately, this was not a
planned topic for the zoo, so talking points were not given to the CEO about this

American Culture Influence
How has the United Kingdom Influenced American Culture
Luis Padilla
Los Angeles Film School
Professor Soto They say that the United States of America is The Great Melting Pot, a place where
no matter what their culture or country of origin they are accepted. Contrary to common belief,
America in actuality is not a melting pot in fact, America is more like a huge salad bowl. This
implies that even after coming into this country you hold on to your culture. You don t take on the
characteristics of the new culture or society; it is a mixture of a lot of different thing but you can
still tell the apart in the salad. It is composed by many different people from almost every place
around the world. For example, many ingredients create one dish as many Americans create the

states have. We have seen many great bands that started in the UK. The most popular to this date
are The Beatles. The Beatles had a profound effect on American music and culture. For example,
they made long hair acceptable and desirable during their time, in the states every teenage boy
wanted Beatle hair even down to the collarless jackets and boots. Each new Beatles album was an
event, the group inspired countless other musicians and bands to push their own musical
boundaries. A great example of how they influenced music is with the song Yesterday . The song
itself is one of the most recorded song in history with more than 2,200 cover version to date. Much
like earlier years, there is a new wave of British stars. Artists like One Direction, The Wanted, Little

Distribution Of Minimum Spanning Trees
Distributed Verification of Minimum Spanning Trees
Authors: Amos Korman, Shay Kutten
Problem Statement: A graph and a tree is given as input in a distributed manner and the algorithm
is should be able to verifiy if the tree is a Minimum Spanning Tree (MST).
Detailed Explanation of the Problem Statement
Definitions
Spanning tree: A spanning tree of an undirected graph is a subgraph which is a tree and includes
all the vertices of G.
Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) : A spanning tree of a graph whose weight (sum of weight of its
edges) is less than or equal to the weight of all other spanning trees of the graph.
Verification of a Spanning Tree: A graph and a tree is given as input and the algorithm should
check if the tree is an MST for the graph.
In distributed verification of Minimum Spanning Trees, the input is provided in a distributed
manner which means that each node of the graph knows which of its edges belong to the tree. A
node does not have any knowledge of the edges which do not emanate from it. The verification
algorithm should label the vertices of the graph so that every node, given its own label and the
labels of its neighbours only is able to detect if these edges are MST edges or not and whether the
input tree is an MST.
Motivation
The motivation for working on verification algorithms is that verification is easier than
computation. In a distributed setting verification is even more important because the tree is given
in a distributed manner and computing such a

How Hamilton Changed My Life
The award winning Broadway musical Hamilton has won over the hearts of numerous
Broadway regulars and non regulars alike. Written by Lin Manuel Miranda over six years ( How
Hamilton changed my life ), it is based upon a biography by Ron Chernow: Alexander Hamilton
(Churchwell). Its surge of popularity has puzzled an innumerable amount of people. The main
reasons for this are clear if you have seen the musical live or listened to the soundtrack: the tunes
and lyrics are beautifully composed and very catchy. However, if you try to be perceptive, you may
find there are more enigmatic reasons as to why Hamilton became such a hit in a little amount of
time. An element that helped the musical reach its current popularity is its strangeness. A musical
about a founding father with hip hop and rap elements caused some to be suspicious. This

audience. It also helps that there s something for everyone. There are Broadway esque elements
to please avid Broadway fans, plenty of hip hop and rap to fill the hearts of fans of that genre. The
fact that the musical genres are so diverse in the one musical truly make it one of a

A Brief Note On The Twisted Pair Cables
2.3.3 Twisted Pair
There are two types of Twisted Pair Cables, Shielded Twisted Pair (STP), and Unshielded
Twisted Pair (UTP). Shielded Twisted Pair Cables have a very thin wire mesh that shield and
protect the transmission. STP cables are used for the older phone networks, as well as data and
network communications which are clearer and have less interference with the outside. Whereas
Unshielded Twisted Pair Cables have no wire mesh and are therefore not protecting the
transmission in the wiring. UTPs are mainly used for Local Area Networks (LAN) as well as
telephone connections, however these are more vulnerable than STPs (Shielded Twisted Pair).
3. Backing Storage
3.1 Types 3.1.1 Disks
You can back up your storage on a separate Hard Disk and on other forms of Disks such as a
Floppy Disk. Using another Hard Disk to back up your storage is useful because it means that
you can back up everything that is stored on the Hard Disk you want to back up. However it all
depends on the size of Hard Disk you get. If it s much smaller than your current Disk, then you
will only be able to back up the more important stuff that is stored on the Disk. Whereas if you
got a Hard Disk that is bigger than your current Disk, then you will have room to back up the whole
Disk, as well as add extras when you need to back up more recent data.

The Debate Over Abortion Essay
With the ongoing debate and the advancement of technology in determining the viability of a
fetus, abortion, the ending of a pregnancy by removing a fertilized egg, has become increasingly
controversial. The morality of abortion has caused many to separate into opposite sides of the
spectrum, pro life and pro choice. The arguments over abortion has stirred a continuous debate
between a pro choice stance such as that presented by the analogical reasoning of Thomson or
Glover s examination of social context and a pro life position argued by a moral view of
personhood by Noonan. The ethical arguments presented by the conflicting views in the abortion
debate has caused others to taken into consideration a sociological account visible in... Show more

Thomson concludes that it does not matter whether or not a fetus is a person because even if a
fetus is granted a right to life, it is not accurate to assume that abortion is murder (2, Thomson,
CC p.192). Murder is an intentional act that is unjustified while abortion is not direct killing but
results in the death of the fetus. For instance, in cases involving rape or other conditions of
unintended pregnancies, a woman undergoing abortion is not necessarily committing murder
since she was not responsible for an unwanted pregnancy. Therefore, in no case should the
personhood of the fetus determine the morality of abortion. Thomson suggests that having a
right to life does not grant the right to use another person s body (3, Thomson, CC p.191). In
other words, the fetus s right to life does not apply to any moral obligation of the mother s body.
Abortion is justifiable because there is no obligation on part of the women for an unwanted
pregnancy. In the case of the sick violinist, the kidnapped person is not morally obligated to make
sacrifices and save the life of the violinist. Since the violinist has no right to use another person s
body, it would not be considered murder or a violation of the violinist s rights if the kidnapped
person was to refuse and pull the plug. On the other hand, John Noonan criticizes

Analysis Of Make Your Home Among Strangers
Author, Jennine Capo Crucet, in her novel, Make Your Home Among Strangers, describes the
story of Lizet, a first generation Cuban American college student. Lizet is accepted into an elite
college has a hard time balancing school and family and to make matters even more challenging
her mother, Lourdes becomes more involved in the Ariel Hernandez case, a young Cuban boy
who was rescued and brought to Miami and now is on the verge of being deported. As the case
progresses it shows us how Lizet changes as minority in a wealthy, white, university. Crucet s
purpose is to convey the idea that, going to college is difficult especially when coming from a
minority background. Crucet adopts a sentimental tone in order to appeal to similar experiences for
readers who experienced college.
Crucet begins her novel by having Lizet tell her story from the present day. She works at a
laboratory where they study coral reefs. She starts to talk about herself and shocks her co workers
by telling them stories the canals in Miami. She appeals to the emotional audience by revealing to
us the substandard conditions she lived in. We are first introduced to the unpleasant experiences
when Lizet is with her family. It first starts when she is describing her arrival back to Hialeah, the
flight back from New York was supposed to surprise for her motherand sister but instead got a
negative reaction by have them say, What the fuck are you doing here (24) and You re not
supposed to be here (24). We

Jane Eyre is practically a reflection of Charlotte Bronte s life from start to finish. In Charlotte
Brontes early childhood she lost her mother and two of her older sisters, thus left her to have
only her aunt and her father. This reflects into Jane Eyre by revealing that Jane also lost her
mother and within the book states that Jane was abused by her father which leads to the thought
of Charlotte being abused by her father due to the similarities in such specific places such as the
education systems. In Charlottes time in school she had very poor conditions. She went to a very
poor school which is also reflected in Jane Erye by talking about the walks to school and getting

compared to large industrial operation because both are affecting the natural environment and
wasting the same amount of natural resources including oil, paper, scrap metal, batteries, tires and

Lastly, humans are posing a threat not only to the existence of different kinds of plants and
animals, but also from humans to even farm animals and crops. From Canada to Africa, the
diamond mining exists in a wide variety of environments across the world. In recent news, De
Beers is proposing a new diamond mine in the Northwest Territories of Yellowknife, Canada which
causes the caribou herds (De Beers mine plans 2011) to head other directions farther away from
their common migration routes. Chief Antoine Michel interviewed with the CBC News saying that
the key reason why the caribou herds are migrating is definitely because of the noise created by the
trucks drilling and exploring the diamonds.

Rhetorical Analysis Of Martin Luther King Jr. s I Have...
Martin Luther King Jr. was the man who wrote the speech entitled I have a dream and presented it
to nearly 250,000 people on August 23, 1963. In that speech, MLK Jr. used several different types
of figurative language/rhetorical devices in order to convey his message to the people on a deeper
level. These devices include personification, allusion, symbolism, hyperbole, metaphor, simile, and
anaphora. Personification is a form of figurative language in which something has nonhuman
human qualities. One example of this in MLK Jr. s writing is I have a dream that one day this
nation will rise up, live out the true meaning of its creed . Here, he is giving the U.S. the human
qualities of being able to rise up from the ground as well as... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

One example of symbolism he used would be, Now is the time to rise from the dark and
desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of justice. In that quote MLK talks about a dark
and desolate valley of segregation and the sunlit path of justice. The dark and desolate valley of
segregation is referring to the U.S. at that point in time. People were separated based on their
skin color and there was no social or legal justice for the people of dark colored skin. It was a
horrible time to live in. The sunlit path of justice MLK Jr. also talks about is how the U.S.
should be now and in the future. There would be no segregation or injustice based on skin color.
There would be peace between the two races. So, using that knowledge, MLK Jr. is saying, with
the use of symbolism, that the U.S. needs to change from its unequal and horrid ways to ones
that treat everyone equal. MLK Jr. used hyperboles in his writing not all that often, as he could
elaborate on what he had to say to his audience at the time with the use of other types of
figurative language and literary devices. A hyperbole is an extremely exaggerated statement that
is not being used literally. The one big example of of MLK using this type of figurative language
would be, When we allow freedom to ring when we let it ring from every city and every hamlet,
from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God s children,
black men and white men,

Stand and Deliver in the Film Blackboard Jungle
The controversial 1955 movie Blackboard Jungle, adapted from the novel The Blackboard
Jungle by Evan Hunter, follows the experiences of a new teacher, Mr. Richard Dadier played by
Glen Ford, at the all boys inner city North Manual High School. The school s students are
juvenile delinquents exhibiting violent and anti social behavior. The film portrays the challenges
Mr. Dadier and the other teachers face in their efforts to reach the students and capture their
interests to learn. The result of the violence he experiences at school is revealed in Mr. Dadier s
home life as well; the effect it has on his wife causes him to consider resigning his position at the
school. In a subplot, another new teacher at the school, an attractive single woman, Miss Lois
Hammond played by Margaret Hayes, is attracted to Mr. Dadier.
The movie represented an important change in films, by presenting relevant cultural issues
occurring in society. The film similarly had a significant effect in music by using Rock n Roll
music in the soundtrack, making Bill Haley and the Comets Rock Around the Clock an instant hit
song. The movie received Academy Award nominations for Best Adapted Screenplay; Best
Cinematography; Best Art Direction; and Film Editing. Turner Classic Movies (TCM)
acknowledged the soundtrack among the most influential of all time explaining it by stating:

While my original interest was in the class theme of maker culture, towards the end of the semester

Women who met the inclusion criteria and referred to two hospitals in North East of Iran were
selected using purposive convenience sampling method. Data were collected using a demographic
and obstetric questionnaire and 168 items food frequency questionnaire, and were analyzed using
SPSS22, applying Mann Whitney, t test and chi square.
Results: This study showed that dietary habits of women with preterm labor is more unfavorable
compared to women with term labor (P=0.023). Generally, dietary habit of more than half of the
women with preterm labor, in this study, was assessed unfavorable. In terms of different food
groups, daily intake of vegetables was significantly lower in women with preterm labor (P=0.02).
Consumption of dairy products was also lower in women with preterm labor than women with term
labor which was significant (P=0.05).
Conclusion: To prevent adverse outcomes of preterm delivery more attention regarding nutritional
planning for pregnant women seems to be essential.
Keywords: Dietary habit, Preterm delivery, Pregnancy.
Introduction
Despite the advances in prenatal care and improving health indicators, yet 5 10% of all
pregnancies are terminated as preterm, and prematurity is still the leading cause of neonatal
mortality in developed and developing countries (1, 2). Preterm infant is defined as the infant who
is born before 37 completed weeks of pregnancy (3).

Essay about The Central Part of Berkeley s Metaphysics
The Central Part of Berkeley s Metaphysics
The central part of Berkeley s metaphysics seems paradoxical or even absurd. Its claim is that
what we call solid, and indeed everything else that we find laid out in the three dimensional
physical word that is apparently around us, is only fictional. It appears to be there, but it does not
really have an independent existence. The physical world is, according to Berkeley, dependent on
and only perceived through a mental state. In Three Dialogues Between Hylas and Philonous,
Berkeley tried to explain how a seemingly noncommonsensical theory can actually consist of
commonsensical characteristics. There are two contentions made by Berkeley in his attempt to
prove that commonsense is the basis ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Hence, none or these qualities exist outside the mind because we all see things differently. It is
impossible, therefore, that matter be something existing in itself, objective, inert, and devoid of
thought. According to Berkeley, when we say that a thing exists, we mean nothing more than
that such a thing is merely perceived by us. Berkeley stated, To be is to be perceived. Berkeley s
answer to the philosophical question, if there is no one in the forest when a tree falls, is there a
sound, would be no because the forest cannot exist without a perceiver. Primary or secondary
qualities, substances and impressions are nothing other than acts of perception, that is, mental
facts; and their existence signifies their being perceived as mental acts. If I walk into a room
containing a table, the table exists. However, when I leave the room, the table no longer exists.
The Paradoxical problem arises when one asks, how is it then that when I return to the room, the
table is still there? While denying the existence of a material world, Berkeley did not deny the
existence of the world of spirits/minds. He believed that from the very presence of ideas and
impressions, there had to existence finite spirits/minds, and because there had to be an origin of
these ideas/impression, there had to exist a finite spirit/mind. Finite spirits/minds refers to humans
and the Infinite Spirit/Mind refers to God. Now

Compare And Contrast The Russian Revolution And Chinese...
Throughout history, many countries have called for revolutions whose goals and outcomes affected
the government during its time, in order to enforce a change in the current form of government. In
1911, a revolution was led by Sun Yat Sen in China between the imperial government or the Qing
and the nationalists. China s revolutions eventual outcome led to a conflict between the communists
and the nationalists in China whose goals contrasted each other significantly. During World War I, a
revolution in Russia occurred, led by Vladimir Lenin in 1917. The revolution in Russia affected the
proletariat, the Bourgeoisie, and the corrupted leadership of the Tsarist government as a whole.
Although these distinct revolutions occurred in two different countries, their outcomes are similar
as they both show how communismand the inequality of the workers and classes impacted the
countries both economically and politically.

recruiting and selecting the best candidate for the job.
4.1 Attracting a wider range of applicants
Organisation might need to attract a wider range of applicants using recruitment methods that will
achieve greater results. External Advertsing is used as a selection method. It will help create
awareness of job opportunities in the speciifed field of intrest. Advertising will keep a competetive
edge over competetitors as more advertisments attract best of the job seekers.
4.2 Time .
Organisations might need to fill a position immediately also known as a temporary placement.
Recruitment Agencies have a large pool of suitable candidates.
4.3 Budget and Cost Constraits

The Great Ireland Potato Famine Effects Essay
The Great Ireland Potato Famine Effects
The Great Ireland Potato Famine was a horrible event that had many lasting effects. Some of these
effects were starvation, disease, poverty, emigration, and lost traits. These effects plagued mostly
western Ireland, but had an overall effect on all of Ireland. Many of the traditional ways of
economics and society changed drastically because of the famine. Many people also blamed the
British for letting the famine get so bad. These effects will be discussed throughout the paper.
Starvation was one of the main effects of the Great Potato Famine, which was unlike other
subsistence crises (Crawford, 114). The Irish people were very dependant on potatoes as a source of
food. The majority of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
For this reason, many people died from the diseases. The diseases plagued the crowed towns
where the famine was affecting the most, killing off thousands and thousands of people. A doctor
in Skibbereen was quoted to saying that the people are dying not in twos or threes but by the
dozens; the ordinary forms of decent burial dispensed with (Kinealy 41).
The many deaths of the Irish and how they were buried remind me of the Holocaust and how
those people were buried. The dead Irish people were buried in famine pits (Daly 6) where the
dead would be buried in mass graves (Daly 6). Many of these graves remain unmarked to this
day. In some areas, the sea washes ashore some of the bones of those who died in the famine. The
Irish people use this as a reminder of the hard times in the past.
Many of the people were left with no jobs during the famine. Their main job was farming potatoes
and their main source of income was growing potatoes. Therefore, when the blight came, they had
nothing else to turn to and were left with very little money. The fact that the landlords owned
practically everything in Ireland made it difficult for the Irish people to invest in other ways to
generate income. This left the Irish people no choice but to immigrate out to other countries in hope
for jobs.
During the rough years of the famine, many people

Compensation Systems Compensation systems can take on many forms, all of which have
positives and negatives related to it. However, certain components are noted to be determinants of
solid compensation plans. One agreement of a solid compensation system is the use of incentives.
Clearly a successful companies set objectives that will provide incentives to increase profitability
(Needles amp; Powers, 2011). Incentive bonuses should be measures that the company finds
important to long term growth. According to Needles amp; Powers (2011) the most successful
companies long term focused on profitability measures. For large for profit firms, compensation
programs should offer stock options. The interweaving between the market value of a company s
stock and company s performance both motivate and increase compensation to employees As the
market value of the stock goes up, the difference between the option price and the market price
grows, which increases the amount of compensation (Needles amp; Powers, 2011). Conclusively,
a compensation plan should serve all stakeholders, be simple, group employees properly, reflect
company culture and values, and be flexible (Davis amp; Hardy, 1999; The Basics of a
Compensation Program).
Four compensation models are laid out by the Bangor Family Physician case study. These models
include: (1) revenue model; (2) net income model; (3) base salary plus

Academic Service Learning (ASL) Questions
1.Describe the environment in which you observed. Before you interacted with the agency s clients
or school s students, what expectations, assumptions, and prejudgments do you have? Where did
these come from, and why do you think you have them?
For my ASL hours I observed two different environments. The first environment was an Adapted
Sports Night here at the University of Texas. Prior to arriving to the event a couple of
prejudgments I had was that, majority of the athletes there would be from recreational sport teams in
the area and that the games would be pretty simple to understand. Essentially, I thought that they
would show me how to play different sports and how they are adapted to their wheelchairs or their
particular disability. I believe that these assumptions came from not realizing that adapted sports is
more than just playing basketball or rugby in a basic wheelchair.
Sammy s house was the second environment in which I completed ASL hours at. Sammy s house
is a childcare center that provides inclusion of children without disabilities and children with
disabilities and medically fragile children. Upon my first day at Sammy s House I did not have
many prejudgments other than I expected that children who attended Sammy s house would be
composed of mainly disabled children. The reason I thought this was because I saw Sammy s
House as a childcare location for medically fragile and disabled children and even though I

Yossarian And Ralph Lord Of The Flies Essay
Although Yossarian and Ralph are two unconnected characters of literature, both share similar
moral principles into revealing their true inner leader with an empathetic message. Even though
both Yossarian and Ralph are different people, there are many similarities in both characters which
result in comparable scenarios. Both protagonists share and explore similar goals within the
societies where they exist. Each protagonist must question the behavior of his role models and

During the events of Catch 22, Yossarian is always questioning the acts of his peers and role
models. Throughout the adventures of Yossarian, his officers are quite naive and embrace poor
guidance over the soldiers. Yossarian is constantly questioning the officer s decision, such as
increasing the mission requirement because these poor decisions usually lead down a
consequential path such as the death of Snowden. With these deaths resulting from unnecessary
missions, it seems comprehensive why Yossarian questions the ethics of his outranking
officials. They re trying to kill me, Yossarian told him calmly (Heller 16). Despite not having
any critical impact on the decisions of the officers, Yossarian continues to question the acts
against him and planning to escape the military s hold on Yossarian s life. Yossarian s main
concern is the idea that people are trying to kill him indirectly and goes to great lengths to stay
alive questioning the decisions that could leave him dead. Throughout the actions of Lord of

Essay On Sigmund Jung Jung Symbolism
According to Jung symbol is unconscious aspect that is never precisely defined or fully
explained. But it does explore around with various mystery or experiences faced in reality.
Furthermore, he also believes that people need to use symbols to express themselves because
every symbol has a significance to define a certain condition and feelings that we are aware of.
Expressing symbols shows what a person is going through, it might also give us a symbol related to
their problems.
The relationship that Jung establish among symbols, dreams and the unconscious is as a symbolic
image. They all contain an indefinite number of unknown factors that might end up disclosing
different kind of meanings under it.
In Jung s perspective it is natural to have a divided self because we all have different meanings
about different things in reality. Also, Jung thinks that it is natural to have divided self because
every experience contains of different points.
Primitive people often feel an unconscious identification with another person or object because they
have the most common mental disagreements that occur which is called the loss of a soul. This
characteristic of primitive people is relevant to modern people and their personal identity issues
because they both suffer from divided personality.
Jung supports his claim by talking about Sigmund Freud and based on his conclusion neurotic
symptoms are related to some conscious experience. He also mentions Freud s perspection related

I. The white men have intentions opposite of those from Invisible Mans. IM is merely an
entertainer or comedy act for the wealthy white men.
In Twarie s article, he discusses an element of moral and emotional ambiguity to the novel,
contributing to the mode of questioning that dominates it. Symbolic situations are illuminated in
Ellison s novel such as the Battle Royal, and the boxing match which give rise to the stereotypes we
see throughout the chapter (196).
When the IM first arrived at the ballroom, he was under the impression that because he was there
anyway, he might as well take part in the battle royal to be fought (Ellison 2). The Invisible Man
suspected that fighting a battle royal might distract from the dignity of his speech. Tewarie tells us
that the Battle Royal scene emphasizes the essentially feudal nature of southern society in the
relationship between the black, and the white men. Tewarie emphasizes that a black man cannot
hope to be conceded his individuality nor his personhood (193). As the chapter continues, we see
how the white men at the smoker treat the IM, and interact with him. Before the battle royal begins
I can see that the Ellison forecasts an air of humility and social responsibility acknowledging social
inequality.

Electronic Health Records Essay
Electronic Health Care Records
Electronic health records (EHRs) are an electronic version of a patient s medical history
(Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, 2012). The development of EHRs has created a
world of opportunity for helping to increase patient involvement, sharing patient data among
providers for quality of care improvement and more. However, beginning to use an EHR is no
simple task and requires extensive research and planning to find the best options for individual
organizations. This essay will explore various complexities of EHRs, workflow analysis and
redesign, as well as the benefits of patient portals that are accessible through EHRs.

During assessment and planning it is important to decide what information needs to be
transferred from paper records as well as how the information is able to be stored within the
EHR. Setting goals for the migration can help develop the overall plan. For example, if an office
is planning to use their EHR to go paperless then they may want to consider keeping even the
information that seems dated. EHRs also typically support scanned documents but they cannot be
mined for data. It is critical to look at what parts of patient data must manually entered, especially
because it can be time consuming and may affect the adoption timeline. In consideration of the
overall process it is important for a group to look at who will be in charge of the different parts of
the plan as well as tracking timeliness.
Complexity of Electronic Health Records
Safer Assurance Factors for EHR Resilience (2014) suggest the success and capabilities of a EHRs
are determined by both the hardware and software components that they work with. Electronic
health record configuration is inclusive of the physical computer environment that allows the
system to work as well of the software infrastructure. Errors in the hardware and software set up
of an EHR can be detrimental to the system, especially in regards to security. For example, if
security settings are not well adapted, thorough, and monitored the patient data from the EHR is at
risk. Also, patients and providers will come to rely on

Essay On Irish Republican Army
The Irish Republican Army is any of several armed movements in Ireland in the 20th and 21st
centuries dedicated to Irish republicanism, the belief that all of Ireland should be an independent
republic. It was also characterized by the belief that political violence was necessary to achieve that
goal.
The first known use of the term Irish Republican Army occurred in the Fenian raids on Canada in
the 1860s. The original Irish Republican Army formed by 1917 from those Irish Volunteers who
refused to enlist in the British Army during World War I, members of the Irish Citizen Army and
others. During the Irish War of Independence it was the army of the Irish Republic, declared by
DГЎil Г‰ireann in 1919. Some Irish people dispute the claims of more recently created
organizations that insist that they are the only legitimate descendants of the original IRA, often
referred to as the Old IRA .

Ulster Constabulary and the British Army, and British institutions and economic targets. They also

A further split occurred in 1986, when the former leader of Sinn FГ©in RuairГ Г“ BrГЎdaigh who

Jacksonville Jaguars
1. Introduction
The Jacksonville Jaguars National Football League (NFL) was one of the first major sporting
organizations to take advantage of information technology tools to sale snacks and souvenirs in
their stadium.
From 1995 fans of Jacksonville Jaguars can use Spot Cards to buy drinks, snacks and team
souvenirs. In other words, they needn t to use cash and change to pay for these things. The
reloadable Spot Cards, which contain an embedded electronic chip, operate manner similar to other
smart cards such as Kinko s Express Pay cards and many retail establishments including university
student identification cards that are used for fee payment, meal and book purchases, and building
access.
Not only does the Spot Card offer benefits to fans in the stadium, but the use of IT also offers
advantages to stadium vendors by providing better financial information when monitoring their
business. Though SC offers improvement for the fans and vendors, those sales need assurance that
the technology and related information produced is accurate and reliable.

Child Labor Is Not An Effective Way For India
In today s society, as Americans we don t realize the toys and clothes we buy at the store are all
being created by children who were forced to put themselves in that position in order for us to
receive our goods. All around the world, child labor is one of the most widely social issues
affecting the younger population, specifically, in India. For the children of India, work becomes a
nightmare based on suffering and mistreatment. While children have no choice but to be
independent and forced to work, it can be a big influence on the child s education, life, health,
and development. Where child labor is deeply rooted from tradition, the causes of child labor are
difficult and complex beliefs and views of economic, social, and cultural matters that make it
challenging for the welfare of the children to progress, but child labor is not an effective way for
India and it s people to develop and grow as a stable country.
The influence of child labor has reached numerous problems and has become a vast concern in
several countries but more importantly in India. India becomes a grounding place of poverty, scarce
jobs, and unbearable conditions. Where poverty turned out to be the number one factor in which
child labor increased, it is also caused by a long term effect of instability and a lack of growth
stemming from various reasons such as low income from jobs, agriculture, and social order. The
basis of child labor stems from the hardships their parents had to undergo and

Comparison Between Friedrich Nietzsche And Dr. Martin...
Whether or not you agree with their views, both Friedrich Nietzsche and Dr. Martin Luther King,
Jr. were great, highly influential men. Their views, though radically different, impacted the world
in the greatest of ways, altering history for many nations. While Nietzsche, a German
philosopher from the 1800s, spoke from a materialistic point of view, believing that there is no
god and that all that exists is matter, King, a civil rights activist of the 1900s, spoke from the
belief in transcendence, that there is indeed a god, and that he exists in a divine realm outside of
this universe. But not only do these men differ in their backgrounds and religious beliefs, they
differ radically in how they believe society should function. In Nietzsche s writings, he promoted a
system that emphasizes will to power. He believed that an aristocracywas the basis for a great
society. King, on the other hand, promoted a system of equality and justice. He thought all men
were created equal, and that society should reflect that belief. The writings of these men have
come to be studied by people everywhere. They are so influential, in fact, that one of them played
an incredible role in getting our society to the point that it is today.
As stated previously, Nietzsche s work was both great and highly influential. The Nazis even used
his writings as a basis for their beliefs. Nietzsche believed that the greatest societies were always
built upon the aristocratic system. Since he believed there

Squadron. After being pressured by the American, UN, and domestic pressure, Prime Minister
Louis St. Laurent announced that the Canadian Army Special Force (CASF), later dubbed the
25th Canadian Infantry Brigade Group, was to be created and used to expand contributions to
South Korea. This was very important because the extra squadrons and machinery helped turn
the tides in many battles within the war. Canada also contributed 26000 as part of a United
Nations force which consisted of 16 countries at the time. These troops were sent for both
combat and for peacekeeping after the war. Out of the 516 Canadians that died, 312 died from
combat. The peacekeepers that were left behind after the war stayed for three years as military
observers, and the final few Canadian soldiers left Korea in 1957. These troops were extremely
important to the war because they provided backup and aid to the UN force, and also acted as
peacekeepers after the war was over to ensure that the Korean War wouldn t have a repeat. Lastly,

Chuck Yeager Essay
Chuck Yeager is unquestionably the most famous test pilot of all time. He won a permanent place
in the history of aviation as the first pilot ever to fly faster than the speed of sound, but that is only
one of the remarkable feats this pilot performed in service to his country.
Charles Elwood Yeager was born in 1923 in Myra, West Virginia and grew up in the nearby village
of Hamlin. Immediately upon graduation from High School he enlisted in the United States Army
Air Corps to serve in World War II.
Shot down over enemy territory only one day after his first kill in 1943, Yeager evaded capture,
and with the aid of the French resistance, made his way across the Pyrenees to neutral Spain.
Although army policy prohibited his return to ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
After the onset of the space race in 1956, Yeager commanded the Air Force Aerospace Research
Pilots School to train pilots for the space program. In this capacity, Yeager supervised
development of the space simulator and the introduction of advanced computers to Air force
pilots. Although Yeager himself was passed over for service in space, nearly half of the astronauts
who served in the Gemini, Mercury and Apollo programs were graduates of Yeager s school.
In 1963, Yeager was flying the experimental Lockheed Starfighter at over twice the speed of sound
when the engine shut off and he was forced to abandon the spinning aircraft. Yeager s compression
suit was set on fire by the burning debris from the ejector seat, which became entangled in his
parachute. He survived the fall, but required extensive skin grafts for his burns.
The Air Force space school was closed in 1966, as NASA took over the training of astronauts.
During the Vietnam War, Yeager now a full colonel commanded the 405th fighter wing out of the
Philippines, flying 127 air support missions, and training bomber pilots.
In 1968, Yeager was promoted to brigadier general. He is one of a very few who have risen from
enlisted man to general in the Air Force. In 1970, General Yeager served as U.S Defense
Representative to Pakistan and supervised Pakistan s air defense in its war with India. He retired
from the Air Force in 1975, but continued to

Outsiders In A Midsummer Night s Dream
From the viewpoint of a detached outsider, the discrepancies of human life are seemingly
simplistic and, to an extent, comical as seen in William Shakespeare s A Midsummer Night s
Dream. Our constant turmoil and strife due to trivial standards can be seen as humorous to even
the most unamused. However, a deeper insight into the way in which we view life itself reveals a
more profound understanding of the world around us. In A Midsummer Night s Dream, the
audience was able to clearly see numerous incongruities between four primary characters: Lysander,
Demetrius, Hermia, and Helena. These individuals are representative of the human race; they are
irresolute, disobedient, yet ultimately endearing and relatable. The befuddled lovers are the
laughing stock of not only... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
However, to the characters themselves, this was not a laughing matter. Through the mischief, these
characters are thrown out of balance. Such inconsistencies in people, especially in relation to their
loved ones, can be devastating, causing their lives to be filled with constant misunderstanding and
self doubt. Regardless, as outsiders, we found their confusion comical. Our focus as an audience
was on the shortcomings of the characters and the humor their disarray invoked. Surface level
perception such as this is commonplace in society. Albert Einstein once said, Look deep... then you
will understand everything better. The characters of A Midsummer Night s Dream had more depth
than that of which is stereotypically associated with them. The true extent to which these
individuals could have amounted was never realized. This comprehension of perspective can reach
an even broader scope. If all aspects life are considered more deeply, our ideals and actions as
human beings can be understood with limitless interpretations: from incredible

Survey Analysis On Writing Styles
Survey Analysis
Introduction:
As someone who has a fairly unusual writing method, I set out to find other students methods of
writing styles and compare them to mine and each other s to see if my methods are unusual or if
they are actually common among my peers. My survey consisted of five simple questions that
asked about the writing process, the difficulties of writing, and how the process of revision. When
I write, I dive right into the paper; I do not outline, and I do not write with a clear organizational
structure, which comes back to haunt me sometimes. I often just write from the top of my head
and then come back to fix paragraphs that I know are weak. For the most part, my organization is
based off of the assignment that ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Additionally, I would like to note that all the respondents were males that happened to be my
friends. However, I did ask them to answer seriously and to elaborate as best they can. Some
additional information about my methods of surveying: The survey was printed out on paper and
the respondents answered with a pen on the paper. I asked the respondents to elaborate on their
answers and give me as much information as they were willing; however, since they were my
friends, they did not take my request that seriously. Therefore some answers only respond directly
to the question with little else. This is partially my fault for not creating questions that prompted
more specific responses, and this is an important note to my findings and results.
Data Analysis: To begin the survey analysis, I will start with the results of the first question,
which was: What is the first step you take to begin writing? The responses to this question were
very straightforward and exactly what I expected. Four out of five respondents answers were
related to brainstorming or making a structured outline with a thesis and supports;; however, one
said they dive right into the introduction, just like I do. The second question asked if they spaced
out their writing over the course of a day(s) or if they preferred to write an entire assignment in one
sitting. The responses to this question was a mix of

  • 2. Akron Zoo Negotiation One example in particular started early on in the process when two or three precinct 3 E pastors vocally opposed Issues 23 and 24. They felt like the community was only doing things for the Akron Zoo, as in, they felt like the community was always putting together efforts that would only benefit us, Criss said. This feedback from the pastors came after two town hall meetings organized by councilwoman Sommervile. I think that s when we decided that we needed to sit down with these religious leaders to facilitate a conversation about what passing the issues meant, Barnhardt said. Because the AkronZoo felt that the pastors in the targeted area were opinion leaders, a one on one conversation was chosen to facilitate an open dialogue about the issues. Both Criss and Barnhardt felt that the open conversation with the pastors allowed for clearing up confusion and misconceptions about what Issues 23 and 24 would mean for the zoo if passed. American Culture Influence How has the United Kingdom Influenced American Culture Luis Padilla Los Angeles Film School Professor Soto They say that the United States of America is The Great Melting Pot, a place where no matter what their culture or country of origin they are accepted. Contrary to common belief, America in actuality is not a melting pot in fact, America is more like a huge salad bowl. This implies that even after coming into this country you hold on to your culture. You don t take on the characteristics of the new culture or society; it is a mixture of a lot of different thing but you can still tell the apart in the salad. • 6. Distribution Of Minimum Spanning Trees Distributed Veriп¬Ѓcation of Minimum Spanning Trees Authors: Amos Korman, Shay Kutten Problem Statement: A graph and a tree is given as input in a distributed manner and the algorithm is should be able to verifiy if the tree is a Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). Detailed Explanation of the Problem Statement Definitions Spanning tree: A spanning tree of an undirected graph is a subgraph which is a tree and includes all the vertices of G. Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) : A spanning tree of a graph whose weight (sum of weight of its edges) is less than or equal to the weight of all other spanning trees of the graph. Verification of a Spanning Tree: A graph and a tree is given as input and the algorithm should check if the tree is an MST for the graph. In distributed verification of Minimum Spanning Trees, the input is provided in a distributed manner which means that each node of the graph knows which of its edges belong to the tree. A node does not have any knowledge of the edges which do not emanate from it. The verification algorithm should label the vertices of the graph so that every node, given its own label and the labels of its neighbours only is able to detect if these edges are MST edges or not and whether the input tree is an MST. Motivation The motivation for working on verification algorithms is that verification is easier than computation. In a distributed setting verification is even more important because the tree is given in a distributed manner and computing such a ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 7. How Hamilton Changed My Life The award winning Broadway musical Hamilton has won over the hearts of numerous Broadway regulars and non regulars alike. Written by Lin Manuel Miranda over six years ( How Hamilton changed my life ), it is based upon a biography by Ron Chernow: Alexander Hamilton (Churchwell). Its surge of popularity has puzzled an innumerable amount of people. The main reasons for this are clear if you have seen the musical live or listened to the soundtrack: the tunes and lyrics are beautifully composed and very catchy. However, if you try to be perceptive, you may find there are more enigmatic reasons as to why Hamilton became such a hit in a little amount of time. An element that helped the musical reach its current popularity is its strangeness. A musical about a founding father with hip hop and rap elements caused some to be suspicious. Shielded Twisted Pair Cables have a very thin wire mesh that shield and protect the transmission. STP cables are used for the older phone networks, as well as data and network communications which are clearer and have less interference with the outside. Whereas Unshielded Twisted Pair Cables have no wire mesh and are therefore not protecting the transmission in the wiring. UTPs are mainly used for Local Area Networks (LAN) as well as telephone connections, however these are more vulnerable than STPs (Shielded Twisted Pair). 3. • 10. The Debate Over Abortion Essay With the ongoing debate and the advancement of technology in determining the viability of a fetus, abortion, the ending of a pregnancy by removing a fertilized egg, has become increasingly controversial. The morality of abortion has caused many to separate into opposite sides of the spectrum, pro life and pro choice. The arguments over abortion has stirred a continuous debate between a pro choice stance such as that presented by the analogical reasoning of Thomson or Glover s examination of social context and a pro life position argued by a moral view of personhood by Noonan. The ethical arguments presented by the conflicting views in the abortion debate has caused others to taken into consideration a sociological account visible in... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Thomson concludes that it does not matter whether or not a fetus is a person because even if a fetus is granted a right to life, it is not accurate to assume that abortion is murder (2, Thomson, CC p.192). Murder is an intentional act that is unjustified while abortion is not direct killing but results in the death of the fetus. For instance, in cases involving rape or other conditions of unintended pregnancies, a woman undergoing abortion is not necessarily committing murder since she was not responsible for an unwanted pregnancy. Therefore, in no case should the personhood of the fetus determine the morality of abortion. Thomson suggests that having a right to life does not grant the right to use another person s body (3, Thomson, CC p.191). In other words, the fetus s right to life does not apply to any moral obligation of the mother s body. Abortion is justifiable because there is no obligation on part of the women for an unwanted pregnancy. In the case of the sick violinist, the kidnapped person is not morally obligated to make sacrifices and save the life of the violinist. Since the violinist has no right to use another person s body, it would not be considered murder or a violation of the violinist s rights if the kidnapped person was to refuse and pull the plug. • 15. Rhetorical Analysis Of Martin Luther King Jr. s I Have... Martin Luther King Jr. was the man who wrote the speech entitled I have a dream and presented it to nearly 250,000 people on August 23, 1963. In that speech, MLK Jr. used several different types of figurative language/rhetorical devices in order to convey his message to the people on a deeper level. These devices include personification, allusion, symbolism, hyperbole, metaphor, simile, and anaphora. Personification is a form of figurative language in which something has nonhuman human qualities. One example of this in MLK Jr. s writing is I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up, live out the true meaning of its creed . Here, he is giving the U.S. the human qualities of being able to rise up from the ground as well as... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... One example of symbolism he used would be, Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of justice. In that quote MLK talks about a dark and desolate valley of segregation and the sunlit path of justice. The dark and desolate valley of segregation is referring to the U.S. at that point in time. People were separated based on their skin color and there was no social or legal justice for the people of dark colored skin. It was a horrible time to live in. The sunlit path of justice MLK Jr. also talks about is how the U.S. should be now and in the future. There would be no segregation or injustice based on skin color. There would be peace between the two races. So, using that knowledge, MLK Jr. is saying, with the use of symbolism, that the U.S. needs to change from its unequal and horrid ways to ones that treat everyone equal. MLK Jr. used hyperboles in his writing not all that often, as he could elaborate on what he had to say to his audience at the time with the use of other types of figurative language and literary devices. A hyperbole is an extremely exaggerated statement that is not being used literally. The one big example of of MLK using this type of figurative language would be, When we allow freedom to ring when we let it ring from every city and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God s children, black men and white men, ... Its claim is that what we call solid, and indeed everything else that we find laid out in the three dimensional physical word that is apparently around us, is only fictional. It appears to be there, but it does not really have an independent existence. The physical world is, according to Berkeley, dependent on and only perceived through a mental state. Hence, none or these qualities exist outside the mind because we all see things differently. It is impossible, therefore, that matter be something existing in itself, objective, inert, and devoid of thought. Berkeley s answer to the philosophical question, if there is no one in the forest when a tree falls, is there a sound, would be no because the forest cannot exist without a perceiver. Primary or secondary qualities, substances and impressions are nothing other than acts of perception, that is, mental facts; and their existence signifies their being perceived as mental acts. Many of the traditional ways of economics and society changed drastically because of the famine. Many people also blamed the British for letting the famine get so bad. These effects will be discussed throughout the paper. Starvation was one of the main effects of the Great Potato Famine, which was unlike other subsistence crises (Crawford, 114). The diseases plagued the crowed towns where the famine was affecting the most, killing off thousands and thousands of people. A doctor in Skibbereen was quoted to saying that the people are dying not in twos or threes but by the dozens; the ordinary forms of decent burial dispensed with (Kinealy 41). The many deaths of the Irish and how they were buried remind me of the Holocaust and how those people were buried. The dead Irish people were buried in famine pits (Daly 6) where the dead would be buried in mass graves (Daly 6). Many of these graves remain unmarked to this day. In some areas, the sea washes ashore some of the bones of those who died in the famine. The Irish people use this as a reminder of the hard times in the past. Many of the people were left with no jobs during the famine. Their main job was farming potatoes and their main source of income was growing potatoes. Therefore, when the blight came, they had nothing else to turn to and were left with very little money. The fact that the landlords owned practically everything in Ireland made it difficult for the Irish people to invest in other ways to generate income. This left the Irish people no choice but to immigrate out to other countries in hope for jobs. During the rough years of the famine, many people ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

However, certain components are noted to be determinants of solid compensation plans. One agreement of a solid compensation system is the use of incentives. Incentive bonuses should be measures that the company finds important to long term growth. According to Needles amp; Powers (2011) the most successful companies long term focused on profitability measures. For large for profit firms, compensation programs should offer stock options. Before you interacted with the agency s clients or school s students, what expectations, assumptions, and prejudgments do you have? Where did these come from, and why do you think you have them? For my ASL hours I observed two different environments. The first environment was an Adapted Sports Night here at the University of Texas. Prior to arriving to the event a couple of prejudgments I had was that, majority of the athletes there would be from recreational sport teams in the area and that the games would be pretty simple to understand. Essentially, I thought that they would show me how to play different sports and how they are adapted to their wheelchairs or their particular disability. I believe that these assumptions came from not realizing that adapted sports is more than just playing basketball or rugby in a basic wheelchair. Sammy s house was the second environment in which I completed ASL hours at. Sammy s house is a childcare center that provides inclusion of children without disabilities and children with disabilities and medically fragile children. Upon my first day at Sammy s House I did not have many prejudgments other than I expected that children who attended Sammy s house would be composed of mainly disabled children. But it does explore around with various mystery or experiences faced in reality. Furthermore, he also believes that people need to use symbols to express themselves because every symbol has a significance to define a certain condition and feelings that we are aware of. Expressing symbols shows what a person is going through, it might also give us a symbol related to their problems. The relationship that Jung establish among symbols, dreams and the unconscious is as a symbolic image. They all contain an indefinite number of unknown factors that might end up disclosing different kind of meanings under it. In Jung s perspective it is natural to have a divided self because we all have different meanings about different things in reality. Also, Jung thinks that it is natural to have divided self because every experience contains of different points. Primitive people often feel an unconscious identification with another person or object because they have the most common mental disagreements that occur which is called the loss of a soul. This characteristic of primitive people is relevant to modern people and their personal identity issues because they both suffer from divided personality. IM is merely an entertainer or comedy act for the wealthy white men. In Twarie s article, he discusses an element of moral and emotional ambiguity to the novel, contributing to the mode of questioning that dominates it. Symbolic situations are illuminated in Ellison s novel such as the Battle Royal, and the boxing match which give rise to the stereotypes we see throughout the chapter (196). When the IM first arrived at the ballroom, he was under the impression that because he was there anyway, he might as well take part in the battle royal to be fought (Ellison 2). The Invisible Man suspected that fighting a battle royal might distract from the dignity of his speech. Tewarie tells us that the Battle Royal scene emphasizes the essentially feudal nature of southern society in the relationship between the black, and the white men. Tewarie emphasizes that a black man cannot hope to be conceded his individuality nor his personhood (193). As the chapter continues, we see how the white men at the smoker treat the IM, and interact with him. Before the battle royal begins I can see that the Ellison forecasts an air of humility and social responsibility acknowledging social inequality. II. During assessment and planning it is important to decide what information needs to be transferred from paper records as well as how the information is able to be stored within the EHR. Setting goals for the migration can help develop the overall plan. EHRs also typically support scanned documents but they cannot be mined for data. It is critical to look at what parts of patient data must manually entered, especially because it can be time consuming and may affect the adoption timeline. Whether or not you agree with their views, both Friedrich Nietzsche and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. were great, highly influential men. Their views, though radically different, impacted the world in the greatest of ways, altering history for many nations. While Nietzsche, a German philosopher from the 1800s, spoke from a materialistic point of view, believing that there is no god and that all that exists is matter, King, a civil rights activist of the 1900s, spoke from the belief in transcendence, that there is indeed a god, and that he exists in a divine realm outside of this universe. But not only do these men differ in their backgrounds and religious beliefs, they differ radically in how they believe society should function. In Nietzsche s writings, he promoted a system that emphasizes will to power. He believed that an aristocracywas the basis for a great society. King, on the other hand, promoted a system of equality and justice. He thought all men were created equal, and that society should reflect that belief. Outsiders In A Midsummer Night s Dream From the viewpoint of a detached outsider, the discrepancies of human life are seemingly simplistic and, to an extent, comical as seen in William Shakespeare s A Midsummer Night s Dream. Our constant turmoil and strife due to trivial standards can be seen as humorous to even the most unamused. However, a deeper insight into the way in which we view life itself reveals a more profound understanding of the world around us. In A Midsummer Night s Dream, the audience was able to clearly see numerous incongruities between four primary characters: Lysander, Demetrius, Hermia, and Helena. These individuals are representative of the human race; they are irresolute, disobedient, yet ultimately endearing and relatable. The befuddled lovers are the laughing stock of not only... Such inconsistencies in people, especially in relation to their loved ones, can be devastating, causing their lives to be filled with constant misunderstanding and self doubt. Regardless, as outsiders, we found their confusion comical. Our focus as an audience was on the shortcomings of the characters and the humor their disarray invoked. Surface level perception such as this is commonplace in society. Albert Einstein once said, Look deep... then you will understand everything better. Survey Analysis On Writing Styles Survey Analysis Introduction: As someone who has a fairly unusual writing method, I set out to find other students methods of writing styles and compare them to mine and each other s to see if my methods are unusual or if they are actually common among my peers. My survey consisted of five simple questions that asked about the writing process, the difficulties of writing, and how the process of revision. When I write, I dive right into the paper; I do not outline, and I do not write with a clear organizational structure, which comes back to haunt me sometimes. I often just write from the top of my head and then come back to fix paragraphs that I know are weak. For the most part, my organization is based off of the assignment that ... However, I did ask them to answer seriously and to elaborate as best they can. Some additional information about my methods of surveying: The survey was printed out on paper and the respondents answered with a pen on the paper. I asked the respondents to elaborate on their answers and give me as much information as they were willing; however, since they were my friends, they did not take my request that seriously. Therefore some answers only respond directly to the question with little else. This is partially my fault for not creating questions that prompted more specific responses, and this is an important note to my findings and results. Data Analysis: To begin the survey analysis, I will start with the results of the first question, which was: What is the first step you take to begin writing? The responses to this question were very straightforward and exactly what I expected. Four out of five respondents answers were related to brainstorming or making a structured outline with a thesis and supports;; however, one said they dive right into the introduction, just like I do. The second question asked if they spaced out their writing over the course of a day(s) or if they preferred to write an entire assignment in one sitting. The responses to this question was a mix of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
