In the front of the living room and both large bedrooms were sliding doors that led to a wide
balcony that showed the beautiful ocean, beach, and sky. After exploring the condo and all the
rooms, my family and I moved on to adventure outside. It was a nice, yet chilly afternoon so we
decided to admire the many restaurants and shops. After my grandparents arrived, we had a
dinner of amazing, juicy burgers. Next we moved on to explore the beach. The sand was cool,
and the small, sharp seashells stabbed at your feet as you walked. We watched the beautiful
image of the sun sinking into the pink and orange sky as we felt and smelled the cold salt water
against our feet. The next day, April 8th, my parents and I woke around 8 a.m. to get ready for
our 3 mile run. After running, we spent a couple hours at the beach in the warm sun and chilly

Walmart Trespass Warnings
On the above date and time I was conducting a business check of Walmart. While conducting the
business check, I was alerted by Walmart Loss Prevention Officer, Marion Edwards, that a White,
GMC Yukon, that was missing the front bumper was involved in an attempted theft of a coffee
maker approximately two weeks prior. Edwards requested that I make contact with the vehicle,
which was parked in row #7 in the Walmart parking lot. Edwards was requesting that I issues a
trespass warnings to the vehicle s occupants. I located the vehicle and pulled behind it without my

Several attempts were made to contact Catellier by Stewart, via cell phone, with negative
results. Edwards advised me that Walmart wanted the vehicle removed from the property.
Edwards then called a tow company to have the vehicle removed from the property. Both Brasch
and Stewart were issued trespass warnings per Edwards request. I advised both subjects that they
would be arrested if the returned to Walmart, located at 8701 U.S. Highway 19 in Port Richey.
Steward acknowledged, and she signed the trespass warning before leaving the scene with Brasch
s cell phone (per her request). Brasch later signed the trespass warning at central booking. While
en route to central booking, Brasch admitted that she was the driver of the vehicle from the theft
that occurred several weeks prior. Furthermore, Brasch advised me that the subject who attempted
to steal the coffee maker was her ex boyfriend, identified as Stephen Martin Genualdi. Edwards
later confirmed that Genualdi was the subject who attempted the theft by his last arrest photo on the
