I use the wind generating plugin to create a
background element to my multitrack. This
gives an impression of being outside and
provides a backdrop for the rest of the
recordings. I used the ‘hollow’ option as this is
the present that I found sounded most realistic
for the environment and setting (outside,
under a bridge ). I created the sound by using
the midi keyboard and holding one key to
create one, long tone as per required. I may
have slightly altered some of the parameters on
the sound effect window too, but nothing
worth noting.
