This document discusses using an online tool called WIL on myTUTor to support work-integrated learning for students at Tshwane University of Technology. It proposes having a standardized WIL template that can be adapted by different departments to match students' learning needs while on the job. The framework for WIL used by the Department of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering is presented as an example. Using an online system could save time, work smarter, and help conduct an effective WIL program for the benefit of the university and all parties involved.
