2. I grew up in the farm. I am the 9th
child in the family of 12 children. When I was
young. I was so charmed when I would hear
people calling the male teachers as “Sirs”. In
my young mind, I realized that being called
“Sir” is so dignifying that I really promised to
myself to become a teacher so that I would
be called “Sir”.
3. I have two role models in my pursuit to
become the best teacher that I can be. First, my
mother. Her love, effort dedication influenced me
tremendously. Unconsciously, I inherited her
values and perceptions towards work and life.
4. The second person who made such
impact in my life is Mrs. Leonor F. Penalosa, the
former Schools Division Superintendent of
General Santos City Division. She taught me
virtues of industry, modesty, integrity, fidelity,
respect, patience, hardwork and being God-
fearing. Without these two women in my life, I
am not what I am today.
5. Becoming a PMCA teacher has opened
me floodgates of growth and opportunities.
Growth because my humble success has been
transformed to significance. I now realize that
my contributions have made impacts to the lives
of others in the community.
6. Opportunities have also been afforded
to me after I became a PMCA teacher. The print,
broadcast and social media have now been
aware of my contributions. This leads to
invitations to speak in commencement exercises,
events and speakerships to clubs and
organizations.
7. a. Invited on the 111th Regular Session of the 17th
General Santos City Council on October 13, 2015 to
speak on my contributions to the community of Datal
Salvan and Klolang.
8. b. Inspirational Speaker in the 2016 Presidential Conference on
the topic “Water, Sanitation and Hygiene” (WASH) in schools
held in Manila, Philippines on March 19, 2016.
9. c. Guest Speaker in the Commencement Exercises of Holy
Trinity College, General Santos City, Philippines on March 28,
2016. At the same time awarded as the First Kabisig ng
Trinitarian Award as Teacher and an Inventor.
10. d. Guest Speaker to the District Assembly (DISTAS) of the
Rotary Clubs in the Philippines held in General Santos City
on May 20, 2016.
11. e. Inspirational Speaker in the occasion of the 50th Charter
Anniversary of the Rotary Club of Ormoc, Philippines on
October 29, 2016.
25. I was so inspired and moved when I
realized that my innovations of Solar Energy
and my invention of Magnetic Force Run-
Water System have made life easier for the
school and community of Datal Salvan.
26. The Solar Energy has benefitted the
pupils of Datal Salvan and residents of
Klolang. For the first time in their lives, pupils
and parents would stay in the school
playground until 10 o’clock in the evening
because of the light caused by the Solar
Energy. Because of the electricity, pupils would
gather in the classroom during noontime and
watch television shows.
27. Before, the residents would go up
and down the hills to fetch water. Because of
the Magnetic Force Run-Water System,
potable water flows to their houses. With the
abundance of water supply, residents began
constructing comfort rooms. The school
children now learn proper hygiene and
enjoy drinking safe water
28. The most challenging experience I
have as an educator was when I was
designated as the School Head and was
assigned to serve two remote schools, namely
Datal Salvan and Klolang Elementary Schools.
Both schools are too far from my residence.
They are also very far from one another.
29. I had to divide my
time in a week to
supervise the teachers
of both schools. The
roads going to these
schools are so terrible,
especially during or
after the rain, since the
earth become loose
and sandy.
30. There were no water
and electricity, personal
hygiene of pupils was a
common sight. These pupils
could not even study or
make their homework
during night time because
of the absence of electricity.
31. There was a time when my
motorcycle had to be carried
by a payloader because I was
stuck on the sandy road. The
road became unpassable due
to heavy rainfall. When I
arrived home, I found out that I
lost my wallet, cellphone and
my motorcycle was heavily
damaged.
32. I would like to inform this body that two
of my innovations were temporarily not
functional. One is my ambient energy.
33. As to the Wind Mill it was no longer functional
since I left Klolang Elementary School, because
nobody maintained it. It needs new alternator in
order to make it functional. Aside from that, the
wind is not as strong as before due to the many
trees that blocked the wind blows direct to the
Wind Mill.

I would like to inform this body that two of my innovations were temporarily not functional. One is my ambient energy which is supposed to be one of the best alternative sources of energy for electricity. It can operate 10 computers at the same time. However, it is hazardous to the kindergarten pupils for they might be electrocuted. I transferred the set to other classroom but the energy is not as strong as when it was in the original position.
