In the corporate world, successful managers create a good vocabulary to motivate themselves and others. This vocabulary acts as an incantation and moves us forward.

1. What is Your Unique Leadership Vocabulary?
On the first page of my 2010 dairy, I wrote to myself, “I will have a Happy, Balanced, Peaceful,
Adventurous, Prosperous, Creative, Powerful, Spiritual and Emotionally fit New Year!” When I read it, it
changes my state immediately and I become hopeful and positive.
