Empathy towards a Mockingbird Sweet and fascinating, graceful and innocent, a
mockingbird is a harmless creature that makes the world more pleasant. This bird
is noted for its mimicry of the calls and songs of other birds and symbolizes
innocence. Mockingbirds don t do one thing but make music for us to enjoy. They
don t eat up people s gardens, don t nest in corncribs, they don t do one thing but
sing their hearts out for us (Lee 119). However, the question still remains what is
innocence or what does it mean to be innocent? According to the Merriam Webster
dictionary innocence is freedom from guilt or sin through being unacquainted with
evil. Within To Kill a Mockingbird, Harper Lee demonstrates the theme of innocence
by portraying certain characters as symbolic mockingbirds . In addition, characters

When I was in first grade I went to Michigan Adventures, which is a theme park
with lots of rides. My friend and I went on most of all the rides. After that my
friend wanted to go on Shivering Timbers, a tall wooden coaster, it s highest point
being 122 feet. We got in line and I was very nervous, so my friend asked me
multiple times if I was fine with going, and for some reason I said yes every time,
but I was frightened on the inside and I did not want to go. By the time I wanted to
tell him I didn t want to ride it, I was already on the ride. First we went up, then
back down continuously until we turned and did the same thing going back until it
stopped. After, I was happy I rode the ride, and I felt accomplished. This shows
bravery because I was risking what felt like my life due to me being scared of the

Musculoskeletal stress markers can be found at the origin and insertion points of a
muscle on a bone. These areas are known also as an enthesis. When using a muscle, a

more blood flow to these areas so that they can create osteoblast as over time the bone
that the muscle is attached to will diminish over time if not restructured. Over time
the amount of osteoblast tends to dwindle creating more stress markers left on the

establish the role of one gender with relation to the opposite gender. Men and
women are depicted differently in advertisements as men have a more dominant,

marketers use this tactic to lure potential buyers into purchasing a fragrance. To
promote their product, companies use erotic images to appeal to the abstract idea of
desire. The degree of sexualization depends heavily on the model in the perfume
advertisement but women are almost always sexualized to a higher degree than men.
In some cases, there are images of women promoting perfume where they are not
scantily clad but rather portray a sense of youthfulness and independence. The women

Loyola High School is a private English Speaking Catholic Secondary School for
boys located in Montreal Quebec, and was administered by the Jesuit Order and
founded in the 1840 s. This private school had become part of the mandatory core

was recorded at 0.56 OD, by day 89 the antibody OD had dropped to 0.47. Suggesting
that day 70 was the when most the liver fluke had been killed off and therefore day
89 was showing a decline in antibody count parallel to the reducing numbers of
liver fluke present. Day 98 was the post infection day where there was no more liver
fluke present however the OD value of 0.53 showed an increase from day 89 this
may be due to the body preparing in case of a second exposure to this particular
antigen present in the liver

the people were still able to get clues on where the crimes may have happened.
