sales increased by 18.3%. In natural

in pharmacy sales in monetary terms is
noted for all categories. At the same
time, in-kind sales growth is noted for
dietary supplements and cosmetics,
while for medicines and medical
devices a decrease of 4% is recorded.

In terms of sales of products of Ukrainian and foreign origin, the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market
shows a predominance of foreign products in monetary terms. In physical terms, mainly domestic
goods prevail, with the exception of medical devices, where the share of foreign products
exceeded 50%. According to the results of 9 months of 2019, foreign manufacturers strengthened
their positions in the market, increasing the share in all categories of “pharmacy basket” goods
both in monetary and natural terms compared to the same period in 2018
