KPD 100 was founded in 2002 aiming to support marketing research by the
effective and reliable instrument, which would really help a company to succeed
on the market.
The foundators and employers of KPD 100 are highly qualified and experienced
marketing specialists.
The motto of the Company:
To learn for a certainty first. Then to make a decision. This saying by
Aeschylus symbolizes importance of marketing research in activities of any
company, willing to keep pace with the times.
The Company’s activity is guided by the regulations of the International Code
ESOMAR “Marketing and Social Researches Practice”.
KDP 100 is associated member of UAM (Ukrainian Marketing Association).

The Company employs permanent staff of the following areas:

- analysts (information processing and report compilation specialists-
experienced and qualified marketing managers);
- supervisors (field works managers – Kiev and regions);
- field executors (experienced interviewers and qualitative researchers).
6. Field works
Field department of KPD 100 is the developed network of interviewers which cover
all regions of Ukraine. Field staff has large experience of field work organization.
More then 900 executors supervised by 121 regional field managers work here –
interviewers, auditors, specialists on deep interviews conducting, recruiters and
others.
● 60% of interviewers have higher education;
● interviewers - mainly workers of social sphere and science (sociologists, etc.),
what allows them to harmoniously go on a contact;
● no less then 2 years experience of working as interviewers.
Control of field works is fulfilled in the following forms:
- presence control and check of the forms filling-in;
- questions-filters;
- compliance of interview flow with the provided algorithm;
- selective (up to 70%) control of documented data (telephone control, control on
the spot);
- interview recording.
