Our Goals
• Learn history so you can help prepare for a brighter future
• Work together as a team to accomplish goals
• Communicate efficiently so we can all learn
• Respect each other no matter the situation
• Remember that you always can do anything it have the right mind

• Speak friendly to each other
• Remember to always ask questions
Attendance
• Must be present when name is call on roll in order to
marked present
• If I don’t hear “Present” or “here” during roll call
you will be marked absences. No excuses.
• You are marked tardy when after the bell rings.
• Three tardies equal an absence
• Absences excuses shall be giving to me at the
beginning of class and it will be given back during
class.
• When absence it is student responsibility to turn
missing assignments.
When I am absent
• Be respectful to substitute or who ever in charge
• Complete all work assignments for the day
• Follow all rules and procedures
• Give you best behavior

Grading Scale
Test & Projects = 50 percent of Grade
Quizzes = 20 percent of Grade
Classwork = 20 percent of Grade
Homework =10 percent of Grade
Test+Quizzes+Classwork+Homework= 100 Percent of Grade
There are no makeup or extra credit assignments.
Classroom Preparations
• Bring all material to class (ex. Textbook, pencil, notebook and etc.)
• Always study for the upcoming topics before class
• Have homework or project ready to turn before class
Beginning and Ending of the Class day
• Beginning of the Class Period
• When the Bell Rings everyone must be in their Sits.
• Pencil and Material must be at your desk before the bell rings.
• Start on the bell ringer when you enter the classroom.
• Roll will be call after the bell rings.
• Turn in Homework.
• Ending of the Class Period
 5 minutes before the bell rings start packing and cleaning up.
 Wait until I dismiss you to get up from your desk. The bell do not dismiss you.
 No one leaves until the class is the same way when you entered it.
RULES AND PROCEDURES
• Gum chewing, eating, or drinking is not
allowed
• Be respectful, do no talk when others are.
• Cheating is not acceptable.
• Always be on time for class.
• Raise your hand in order to speak.
• Only speak when you are call on.
• Sharpen all pencils before class.
• No cell phones usage during class time.
• No name calling.
• Use the restroom before class, only
allowed if it’s an emergency.
• Do not disturb or bother student during
work time.
• During lecture, do not get up from your
desk.
• Keep trash until clean up time.
Punishment
• 1st offense- Verbal Warning
• 2nd offense- Detention
• 3rd offense- Principal Office with Phone call to Parents
• 4th offense- Suspension from school
