 PEOPLE GENERALLY ASSUME THAT A MANAGER, BY
  DEFAULT, IS A LEADER. IN REALITY THERE ARE MANY
  FEATURES THAT DIFFERENTIATE ONE FROM ANOTHER, AS
  A LEADER AND A MANAGER OFTEN PLAY DIFFERENT
  ROLES WITHIN AN ORGANIZATION.


 A leader and a Manager can be distinguished clearly
  that the leader receives the power of his followers
  , while the Manager receives the power that gives the
  CEO.

 Leaders usually have charisma, which generates the
  masses are attracted to those people. That is
  why, charisma becomes a great advantage over the
  leader's Meanwhile, the manager, being appointed by
  his boss often questioned how much charisma.
 The basic concept of management, manager, develops as a
  manager. It focuses on the effectiveness and efficiency. It
  does not take initiatives and has a partial view of what
  happens in the company takes no risk, nor promotes
  continuous improvement, fearing that things get out of the
  established standards.

 The current leader is characterized by a more general
  analyzes the problems and situations and make decisions
  quickly. Prefers efficiency without too concerned about the
  short term, focuses on people, encourages the initiatives of
  each team member, brings energy and risks to get results.
  Furthermore, consistent accepts all those ideas which may
  serve to achieve the objectives.
 WHEN A LEADER LEAVES A COMPANY

 leaders that leaves a company his followers
  behind him will react negatively against the
  abandonment.

 WHEN A MANAGER LEAVES A COMPANY

 Manager that leaves a company, workers
  make it a farewell and wish him well.
The organization company, managers are concerned
 with organizing and assigning staff. Decision-makers
 focus on specialized work within a formal structure to
 comply results.




Leaders are responsible for engaging from a
 communication process to push everyone to work
 together, including using informal relationships to
 achieve compromise.
In conclusion as the results, managers stabilize,
 control and solve problems. Metered energy and try
 to avoid the bad results to stabilize.




By contrast, leaders motivate, convey energy and
 try to improve things.

MANAGEMENT AS A DISCIPLINE IS CLOSELY RELATED TO LEADERSHIP AND THAT, ULTIMATELY, THIS PROCESS: • INTERPRET REALITY: VISION -SETTING GOALS • MISSION -DECIDE ON WAYS OF ACTION: STRATEGIC DIRECTION • STRATEGIC DIRECTION -ALLOCATE RESOURCES: MANAGEMENT TACTICS, REQUIRES THE GENERATION OF COMMITMENT AND INVOLVEMENT.  WE KNOW THAT NO TWO ORGANIZATIONS WITH THE SAME REQUIREMENTS OR TWO PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME OBJECTIVES AND VISION
  • 3.  THERE ARE MANY THINGS THAT DIFFERENTIATE ONE FROM ANOTHER, AS THE LEADER AND THE MANAGER HAVE DIFFERENT ROLES IN THE ORGANIZATION WHAT MANAGERS’ DO? WHAT DO LEADERS DO?  Tend to manage activities such as money,  Tend toward influence people time, paper work , materials, equipment, etc.  Leader Focus more on:  Managers focus more on:  Vision  Planning  Inspiration  Organizing  Persuasion  Controlling  Motivation  Coordinating  Relationships  Directing  Team work  Budgeting  Listening  Strategy  Decision Making  Problem Solving
  • 4.  PEOPLE GENERALLY ASSUME THAT A MANAGER, BY DEFAULT, IS A LEADER. IN REALITY THERE ARE MANY FEATURES THAT DIFFERENTIATE ONE FROM ANOTHER, AS A LEADER AND A MANAGER OFTEN PLAY DIFFERENT ROLES WITHIN AN ORGANIZATION.  A leader and a Manager can be distinguished clearly that the leader receives the power of his followers , while the Manager receives the power that gives the CEO.  Leaders usually have charisma, which generates the masses are attracted to those people. That is why, charisma becomes a great advantage over the leader's Meanwhile, the manager, being appointed by his boss often questioned how much charisma.
  • 5.  The basic concept of management, manager, develops as a manager. It focuses on the effectiveness and efficiency. It does not take initiatives and has a partial view of what happens in the company takes no risk, nor promotes continuous improvement, fearing that things get out of the established standards.  The current leader is characterized by a more general analyzes the problems and situations and make decisions quickly. Prefers efficiency without too concerned about the short term, focuses on people, encourages the initiatives of each team member, brings energy and risks to get results. Furthermore, consistent accepts all those ideas which may serve to achieve the objectives.
  • 6.  WHEN A LEADER LEAVES A COMPANY  leaders that leaves a company his followers behind him will react negatively against the abandonment.  WHEN A MANAGER LEAVES A COMPANY  Manager that leaves a company, workers make it a farewell and wish him well.
  • 7. The organization company, managers are concerned with organizing and assigning staff. Decision-makers focus on specialized work within a formal structure to comply results. Leaders are responsible for engaging from a communication process to push everyone to work together, including using informal relationships to achieve compromise.

  • 9. In conclusion as the results, managers stabilize, control and solve problems. Metered energy and try to avoid the bad results to stabilize. By contrast, leaders motivate, convey energy and try to improve things.
