4. Process of Project Management:
• Defining the Objective of the Project
• Divide/ subdivide in to work packages/ work
breakdown structures.
• Defining specific activities to be performed in each
work packages.
• Network Diagram.
• Making time estimates for each activity.
• Making cost estimates for each activity.
• Calculate the Product and budget Schedule, provide
resources, start the project to complete in time.

5. Performing:
• Developing both Preliminary & detailed design- like how
to decorate the Venue, stage etc.
• Preparation of flowcharts/ list to materials.
• Preparation of plans for testing/ of systems and sub-
systems.- like Lighting, sound systems, generator
• Getting clients approve the plans/ designs etc- getting
the consent from the client regarding Venue, stage
decoration, Menu of the catering and seating availability.
• Conducting review meetings- whether Flowers are
ordered or not, If the Orchestra team is arriving on time
or not, all the materials are available or not.
• Mid course correction if needed- Flexible to
accommodate more people,

7. Project Control process:
• Establish the base plan- blueprint of the wedding
arrangements
• Start the Project: Started ordering of materials and
then started the arrangements
• Calculate updated project schedule, budget, scope-
Review of the tasks every 3 days for some tasks,
Review every 3Hrs on the day of wedding.
Performance Evaluation:
• Technical performance- backup of electricity such
as generator, whether all the sound systems and
lighting are working properly or not.
• Cost- whether the materials ordered and used are
within the scope of the budget or not.
