insights about your personality and

7. Consider the intensity of the
emotion
As you label your emotions, also rate them
on a scale of 01-10.
Such approach helps to think about your
future actions and procedures, avoiding
misunderstanding and unnecessary
conflicts.

8. Write it down
When you write down about what you are
feeling, you develop new perceptions
about your emotions.
It is a great opportunity to look for better
explanations about the main reasons of
such strong feelings, letting common
sense prevail.
