As populations expand and make various uses of water, its growing scarcity becomes a serious issue in developing countries such as Bangladesh.

Irrigation system of Pakistan proved at top level of countries in the world but still it need deep concern regarding to control flood water. Due to heavy rainfall in September 2011, floods are come in left bank of drain and it has many impacts on the various cities and villages of sindh were observed, at least 360 people were killed, some 5.35 Million people and 1.2 Million homes affected as well 1.7 Million Acres of arable land inundated. Social life was fully disturbed as economy was destroyed due to damage of crop, people were also suffering from drinking water which was not purely provided and due to this dirty water many of the diseases were appeared like direa, malaria and tified. In this research we measure the losses during heavy rain fall 2011 in Nawabshah, Sh Benazeerabad regarding to impact on our social lives and then its precautions in future planning. Data was collected from social survey in premises of city, different departments including NGO’s and Governmental Departments and also solutions on immediate basis are discussed.
Water and conflict is very vast topic, now days most of the conflict occurs because of water directly or indirectly. So there is need for proper utilisation of water.

Bangladesh is situated between 23 34’ and 26 38’ North latitude and 88 01’ and 92 41’East longitude.
The topography is flat with elevation not exceeding 10 meters above mean sea level.
Floodplain and piedmont plains occupy almost 80 percent of the land area.
It is a low-lying, riverine country located in South Asia with a largely marshy jungle coastline of 580 km (360 mi) on the northern littoral of the Bay of Bengal.
Bangladesh has a tropical monsoon climate characterized by heavy seasonal rainfall, high temperatures, and high humidity.

Topography is a configuration of a land surface including it’s relief and contours, the distribution of mountains and valleys , the patterns of rivers and other natural features that produce the landscape .

A broad alluvial plain subject to frequent flooding.
A slightly elevated relatively older plain
A small hill region drained by fant flowing rivers.

India require professional who can manage water resources, though rapid urbanization is training place in India, which is being in an unplanned way which has failed to provide basic infrastructure for the growing population, with rapid migration and rise of poverty in the region, we are also facing tremendous water crisis. Half of the population don't have access to drinking water they are dependent on water tanks, only 33 have access to piped water, half of the cities groundwater has vanished, the government have introduced so many schemes but the situation has struck to 33 waste water treatment, cities lakes and rivers have become a dumbing ground for the disposal of domestic and industrial waste. Today, individual states have introduced sewage treatment plant and innovative technology to tackle water waste. Smart living, smart farming and green technology is being adopted by the country to tackle climate change water crisis and treat waste water so that in future we can supply water to the growing demand and rise in population, where by 2050, India will emerge as a country with the largest population. The objective of this work is to contribute to valorization de Nephelium lappaceum by the characterization of kinetics of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum. The seeds were dehydrated until a constant mass respectively in a drying oven and a microwawe oven. The temperatures and the powers of drying are respectively: 50, 60 and 70°C and 140, 280 and 420 W. The results show that the curves of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum do not present a phase of constant kinetics. The coefficients of diffusion vary between 2.09.10-8 to 2.98. 10-8m-2/s in the interval of 50°C at 70°C and between 4.83×10-07 at 9.04×10-07 m-8/s for the powers going of 140 W with 420 W the relation between Arrhenius and a value of energy of activation of 16.49 kJ. mol-1 expressed the effect of the temperature on effective diffusivity.

Chittagong is a major coastal city
situated in southeast side of
Bangladesh. It is situated within 22°14'
and 22°24' N Latitude and between
91°46' and 91°53' E Longitude. The city
has more than 2.5 million people of
which 4,009,423 people live in the
metropolitan city. The city is located on
the banks of the Karnaphuli river.

bound. Water logging also causes various
diseases such as cholera, malaria, dengue,
diarrhea etc.

8. Causes of Waterlogging in Chittagong City
The main reason of water logging in Chittagong city is filling of canals
with garbage, earth sedimentation, encroachment which daunts the excess
flow of water during monsoon. The canals are supposed to flush out the
rain water. But the canals are being illegally invaded by local influential
people which causes disruption to the normal flow of water. About 12
canals have been vanished in the last 48 years. People also fill ponds,
lakes with soil for constructing buildings, apartments, shops, shopping malls
etc resulting to water clogging. Another reason of this problem is the
absence of a well-developed underground drainage system in different
zones of Chittagong. Due to the above mentioned reasons, the normal flow
of rain or excess water gets disturbed and thus create this major problem.
9. Effects of Waterlogging
Water logging damages perishable commodities such as onion, garlic,
lentils, sugar, tea, spices etc. after water enters into local market and
shops. Water logging also causes water pollution. Water borne diseases
also get spread. Trees, roads, houses, household goods get damaged.
Local transport cannot be get available. As a result many important places
like schools, hospitals etc get inaccessible. It disrupt normal life and traffic
movement. Construction and maintenance cost get increased.
10. Probable Solutions to Waterlogging
Frequent dredging, cleaning and removal of blockage from drains, canals,
ponds is needed. The existing primary, secondary and territory drains
should be repaired and rehabilited. Sluice gate and silt trap can be set up
at the mouth of the canals. Utility services like gas, water line running
through drains should be removed and placed elsewhere. All kind of
illegal and useless structures should be removed from the bank of
Karnaphuli river. Navigability of Karnaphuli and its connecting canals
should be restored through frequent dredging. Existing water reservoirs
Should be preserved. Tidal regulations with water preservation point
needs to be installed to avoid water logging.
