It is the wearing away of tooth surface as a result
of tooth to tooth contact .

in oral cavity.

being careful and keeping few
things in mind.

Use soft bristle tooth brush and fluoridated
tooth paste to clean your teeth.
Always use straw while having soft drinks
Rinse your mouth every time after having soft
drinks
In case of heart burn or acid reflux during
pregnancy, have a glass of milk with honey.

13. Don’t
Do not brush too hard and vigorously
Do not consume excessive acidic
beverages.
Do not use abrasive tooth powder.
Do not brush after having soft drinks and food
alteast for 30 minutes.

14. Soft splint or night guard in case
of bruxism
