• I will be located at 12000 Central Park Way, Maple Grove, MN 55369, It’s usually
very cold in Minnesota and they get very big snow there
• The main factors of why I chose Minnesota is because it’s very cold up there and at
my location a lot of tourists visit, Ice Skating loops around the park, Playgrounds,
and tons of trails to walk around
• This would be how my store would be layout, it would be a small building because
mostly people will visit and enjoy things around Central Park Way
