The diagram shows a high-level overview of the testing process flow. It includes the following key steps:
1) A test team logs results from testing and analyzes and categorizes any issues found
2) Issues are then assigned to the appropriate teams for mitigation which include development, enhancements, infrastructure, etc.
3) Once an issue is fixed, it is resubmitted for re-testing to verify the fix. Results are then reviewed and prioritized.

When a company invests in ITIL, very often Architecture is not much involved: this is a mistake because there is much overlap, and Architecture can end up side-lined by the ITIL juggernaut. But there are a lot of benefits Architecture can bring to an ITIL-oriented organization.
This slide deck goes a step or two further than the white-papers out there I've found to date in providing some concrete guidance on how to actually integrate Architecture activities into ITIL. The deck uses TOGAF as the reference framework, but the concepts can be applied to any modern Architecture practice, since the discussion focuses on the types of deliverables and activities, which analogously exist in most frameworks.

Cloud Migration: Azure acceleration with CAST HighlightCAST
Learn how to accelerate your cloud migration: https://www.castsoftware.com/use-cases/cloud-readiness-and-migration
Cloud migration is table stakes for digital transformation initiatives. The driving factors to get to the cloud vary from organization to organization...for some, it's about cost savings and for others, it's about creating smarter apps that support continuous innovation.
IaaS – For organizations looking to reduce costs, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is a great option. IaaS is sometimes described as "Lift and Shift" – when applications are moved from an existing infrastructure to a cloud infrastructure. This helps save money by reducing the hardware needed to run those applications and providing flexibility to adjust infrastructure requirements on-demand.
PaaS – For organizations looking for smarter deployments that facilitate digital transformation, streamline the delivery of new feature and support emerging technologies like IoT and Machine Learning, Platform as a Service (PaaS) is a more suitable option. While a considerable percentage of new application development is done with a cloud-first mentality, most legacy software is not optimized for a cloud environment.
So now the question becomes, how do I get my existing application portfolios ready for cloud migration so I can take full advantage of new technologies and processes
Software Intelligence-Based Cloud Readiness
So you’re ready for PaaS, but before you begin to assess the technical and structural requirements of the migration, you must also determine the business drivers for cloud and the desired outcomes. Setting a cloud migration roadmap that is based on comprehensive Software Intelligence that considers both business drivers and technical features of your applications is a critical first step.

Platform Observability “is when you infer the internal state of a system only by observing the data it generates, such as logs, metrics, and traces”. When observability is implemented well, a system will not require operations teams to spend much effort on understanding its internal state.

Risk management in simple terms with some humorKumar Kolaganti
Risk Management is serious work and the terminology used is very complicated. It takes time to understand the concepts and put them to work as a project management practitioner. Thinking of Risk managements makes me remember two old sayings "'A stitch in time saves nine', and 'An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure'."
In line with this subtle humor, this presentation is an effort to explain risk management terminology in simple terms with some humor. Some may say that this is a spoof on project risk management.
Laugh, Smile and Enjoy.
Leading a Toastmasters club using a process oriented approachKumar Kolaganti
Leadership and Management skills are essential for running any organization, big or small, for-profit or not-for-profit. While Leadership skills focus on your soft-skills so you know how to figure out the right thing to do, management skills are more tactical and focus on how to do it right. With just leadership skills, you will figure out the right thing to do. With just management skills, you will learn how to do anything right. Every club officer must have both these type of skills in order to be successful. With both the leadership skills and management skills, you are ready to do the right thing in the right manner.
One of the important management skills is operations management that deals with processes in an organization. To run the club operations, methodically, smoothly and in an efficient manner, it is important to get our “act” (processes) together.
This presentation outlines what is a process and how using processes can potentially benefit a Toastmasters club’s execution of activities.

Book Formatting: Quality Control Checks for DesignersConfidence Ago
This presentation was made to help designers who work in publishing houses or format books for printing ensure quality.
Quality control is vital to every industry. This is why every department in a company need create a method they use in ensuring quality. This, perhaps, will not only improve the quality of products and bring errors to the barest minimum, but take it to a near perfect finish.
It is beyond a moot point that a good book will somewhat be judged by its cover, but the content of the book remains king. No matter how beautiful the cover, if the quality of writing or presentation is off, that will be a reason for readers not to come back to the book or recommend it.
So, this presentation points designers to some important things that may be missed by an editor that they could eventually discover and call the attention of the editor.

Transforming Brand Perception and Boosting Profitabilityaaryangarg12
In today's digital era, the dynamics of brand perception, consumer behavior, and profitability have been profoundly reshaped by the synergy of branding, social media, and website design. This research paper investigates the transformative power of these elements in influencing how individuals perceive brands and products and how this transformation can be harnessed to drive sales and profitability for businesses.
Through an exploration of brand psychology and consumer behavior, this study sheds light on the intricate ways in which effective branding strategies, strategic social media engagement, and user-centric website design contribute to altering consumers' perceptions. We delve into the principles that underlie successful brand transformations, examining how visual identity, messaging, and storytelling can captivate and resonate with target audiences.
Methodologically, this research employs a comprehensive approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Real-world case studies illustrate the impact of branding, social media campaigns, and website redesigns on consumer perception, sales figures, and profitability. We assess the various metrics, including brand awareness, customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to measure the effectiveness of these strategies.
The results underscore the pivotal role of cohesive branding, social media influence, and website usability in shaping positive brand perceptions, influencing consumer decisions, and ultimately bolstering sales and profitability. This paper provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations for businesses seeking to leverage branding, social media, and website design as potent tools to enhance their market position and financial success.

53. “Kumar is truly a pleasure to work with and has a
great many unique skills that make him
invaluable to any employer. Not only is he a
good project manager but what really sets him
apart is his process design abilities. He has a
truly amazing ability to take a verbal concept
and create high end visuals to convey very
complex ideas. He is dedicated, self driven and
a great asset to any team.”
“Kumar has a real gift and equal passion for
visual communications. He made countless
significant improvements to all manner of visual
presentations, helping to convey meaning through
images and design. He is a very hard and dedicated
worker who brings a lovely sense of
decency, competence and calm to the environment
in which he works. Kumar is a joy to work with and I
have great respect for his talents.”
Eliza Albronda, Executive Director, Global
Adoption, KPMG International
Marta Van Ranst, Director, Communications, KPMG
International
“I have had the pleasure of working with Kumar on several different
initiatives, and he has left a lasting impression as one of the most
professional, hard working, and effective communicators I have ever
worked with. He has a rare ability to capture volumes of subject
specific information and distill that information down to its key
points such that the appropriate message is conveyed in an
effective and meaningful way. This is one of the many qualities
that Kumar possesses that has made him such an asset to projects I
have worked with him on. Others include his ability to work
independently, his focus on deadlines, attention to detail and his
inquisitive nature.”
Leao Fernandes, Director, Metlife
