The presented Network Scorecard suite is a method aimed at supporting the strategic and operational management processes of networks. It relies on three principles: It is a participatory approach, where the networks key actors jointly define a shared vision of their networks performance. Moreover, its integrated approach covers the management cycle of the network including the definition of a strategy, a plan of action and a scorecard. And finally, it structures a network performance on four dimensions: the benefits to the members, implication of the members, external context and organization. The practice presents all necessary steps to involve the key actors of the network and structure the process.

Platform Observability “is when you infer the internal state of a system only by observing the data it generates, such as logs, metrics, and traces”. When observability is implemented well, a system will not require operations teams to spend much effort on understanding its internal state.
This is a visual rendition of a quick reference card for all IFRS 17 acronyms in the Periodic Table format. I am aware that there may a handful of omissions, or perhaps a few areas where one may disagree with how the information is depicted. I am open for any suggested corrections/improvements.
Risk management in simple terms with some humorKumar Kolaganti
Risk Management is serious work and the terminology used is very complicated. It takes time to understand the concepts and put them to work as a project management practitioner. Thinking of Risk managements makes me remember two old sayings "'A stitch in time saves nine', and 'An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure'."
In line with this subtle humor, this presentation is an effort to explain risk management terminology in simple terms with some humor. Some may say that this is a spoof on project risk management.
Laugh, Smile and Enjoy.
Leading a Toastmasters club using a process oriented approachKumar Kolaganti
Leadership and Management skills are essential for running any organization, big or small, for-profit or not-for-profit. While Leadership skills focus on your soft-skills so you know how to figure out the right thing to do, management skills are more tactical and focus on how to do it right. With just leadership skills, you will figure out the right thing to do. With just management skills, you will learn how to do anything right. Every club officer must have both these type of skills in order to be successful. With both the leadership skills and management skills, you are ready to do the right thing in the right manner.
One of the important management skills is operations management that deals with processes in an organization. To run the club operations, methodically, smoothly and in an efficient manner, it is important to get our “act” (processes) together.
This presentation outlines what is a process and how using processes can potentially benefit a Toastmasters club’s execution of activities.
