Historical Context
Two years ago the structure of the program was
• Consultant-centric
• Not fully utilizing the software program from Remedy Interactive
called Office Ergonomics Suite (OES)
• Facilities Department not fully engaged
• Supply of ergo products was slow
• Supply process was cumbersome
• Scheduling of assessments was slow and time consuming
• Employee perception that ergo program was for people in
‘pain’!!
