innovation in every company (Deloitte Consulting, 2016). Technology confined in every operation
and execution of a business. In the present situation technologies are driving forces behind product
design, create business models and makes competitive among organisation. At the same time
technology offer great advantage for authentic environment for an organisation and people. Dealing
with today's situation application of Virtual Reality (VR) seems to given excellent promise in
providing an alternative "real life" environment in situation where it is impossible for people to
experience. Traditional architectural environments are no longer able to effectively accommodate
clients' expectations and demand. Thus, this study attempts to incorporate VR technology in order to
create authentic and real life viewing environment for people who wants to see their future homes
and buildings. As well as to get to know how VR eliminates the traditional separation between
operator and machine, providing more of direction and spontaneous interaction with information. In

These accidents could be prevented with increased awareness by all parties involved in a project –
oversight of hazards by engineers/safety staff when planning is a major contributor. This paper

identification during the design process. These programs will identify why, where, when, and what

there are two main ways of reaching an agreement on fee with the Client. Competitive tender, where
we submit a bid i.e. fee proposal appended with CV's of team highlighting competency of the team,

awarded to the lowest tender, but some consultants also take into account other factors like quality,
experience and sustainability issues. Negotiation, where the fees is agreed following discussion
between client and the company. Fee for such projects is not as low as competitive tender and there
is opportunity to discuss the brief at a greater depth at an early stage. I am aware of the different
types of fee arrangements consultants are involved with on construction projects. These include:

media account consists of carefully curated and mediated content with the intention of portraying a
fragmented or pseudo personality to the masses. Web 2.0 changed our status as audiences and

This book explores the future of details and how details can vary through different aspects of
attempts, fields, aesthetics, narratives, the role of details in the future of architecture itself in terms
of questioning that connection between the digital, the virtual and that of the physical and
applicable. Here we are looking at details as a whole, as a way/ways of practicing architecture.
Laying out all the different possibilities there are for rather justifiable or non–justifiable architecture
fast beyond the present time to the near future.
For many years I have questioned these dilemmas; trying to understand how the virtual world and
the coming future of architecture is being translated into real architecture yet conveying its meaning
and approach to the existed world and us, and I mean by us not only architects or students of
architecture but people, inhabitants and users.
This translation is somehow getting lost from the digital through to the commitment of construction,
but maybe the lost and the forgotten can become the interesting and the innovative. However, this
contrast is rather intriguing and clever as it expands our possibilities and energies through the
different ways of applying architecture.

When the words Virtual Reality come into the display, a great deal of people assumes that it's
interactive Video Games. In other words games where the player can interact with the environment
around him. Pick up various items and throw them around as they continue on exploring the
limitations of the server. Lots of parents believe that VR, much like normal games are a waste of
time for their children and in a sense, they are completely right. But disregarding VR as mere video
games can be fatal mistake, when in Reality the VR reaches far beyond games for teenagers. The

Two of the Arch. Eng. & Design sources I reviewed were the Construction Specifier Magazine and
Builder magazine. In review of these two magazines, they appear to have allot in common;
a) Online website access and contact information to the publishers, contributors and staff within
each dept. of the magazine, so as to contact via e–mail for additional questions or comments.
b) Technical information was present in both magazines and links were provided to research further
if one desired.

and platforms. The lack of interoperability is mainly because that different tools and platforms
cannot pass information seamlessly among themselves and hence prevent effective information
exchange and collaborating among every team member.
The main impacts brought by the lack of interoperability is it can drive up the costs. The main
drivers of increasing cost include time spent on manually reentering the data from one application to
another, time spent on processing requests for information, extra expenditure for data translators and
