through a network of facilities covering most areas of Vietnam.

designs, engineering and material supply resources that are
vertically integrated with Engineering solutions to optimize their
operation by lowering their costs and reducing their time to

2. 1. Quality Management System
• ISO 9001:2008 Series VINACONEX E&C Management System is accredited to the ISO Quality
standards since 2007.
• HSE Management System (OHSAS 18001:2007) VINACONEX E&C Management System has been
accredited to the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series specification.
• VINACONEX E&C Management has successfully implemented an integrated management system,
based on the principles of Quality Management, which have world-wide acceptance and are applied
in all kinds of production and service industries.

The directors and management of Vinaconex E&C are committed to operate every aspect of
the business to those standards that offer the highest possible quality of service to all clients.
This is supported by a progressive management style that encourages the Quality culture
throughout the Company. To reinforce this commitment a Quality Management System, The
management are committed to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management
System by establishing and reviewing quality objectives for all areas of the company. This is
to ensure that the company operates effectively and efficiently and meets the needs of
customers.
Vinaconex E&C accords utmost importance to quality and takes pride in the high quality of

The manpower of Vinaconex E&C is its most valuable resource. To ensure a safe
workplace for Vinaconex E&C staff and also to protect clients’ investment and facilities,
the Group has evolved a strong health and safety culture driven by a goal to achieve
“zero accidents” and “zero man-hours lost”.
The safety culture has been instilled in Vinaconex E&C employees with the conviction
that every accident is preventable. Vinaconex E&C fully acknowledges that by complying
with stringent Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures, zero accidents can be
accomplished.

3. 3. HSSE activities on site
All the activities below are basic ones must be done strictly on site to maintain the healthy
safety, security and environment for project:
•HSE Training course for all Engineers and Workers for all issues ( starting, working at
height, confined space, PWT, lifting and rigging etc)
•Tool box meeting for everyday.
•Walk-through on site for every day with report.
•Coordination meeting weekly.
•For every construction activities, JSA always prepared and attached for construction
method as the Job Safety Analysis prior to starting work.
