Overview
The build consists of two main buildings, factory one will be for
cutting & factory two will be for sewing. The factories will be ultra-
modern equipped with highly advanced production facilities under
the principles of saving energy and producing no pollution. The
actual building facility is striving to achieve LEED platinum
Certification upon completion under the LEED U.S Green Building
Council for New Construction & Major Renovations.

 To Oversee & Manage the Civil Contractors.
 To Oversee & Manage the M.E.P. Contractors (Mechanical,
Electrical & Plumbing Services)
 Project Managing the civil & M.E.P (Mechanical, Electrical &
Plumbing Services) work for all sites
 Checked Bill of Quantities
 Managed the Leed Project, U.S. Green Building Council for
New Construction & Major Renovations.
 Managed all the Civil & M.E.P. (Mechanical, Electrical &
Plumbing Services) Variations.
 Ensuring Health & Safety Standards are met & maintained.
 Managed the Budgets for Civil & M.E.P.
 Managed all Site’s Facilities’, i.e. Compressor’s, Generator’s,
H.V.A.C System, E.T.P. System & Electric System’s
 Implementing Processes & System’s to the Maintenance
Department.
 Implemented PPM, Scheduling & Planned Maintenance
