ACADEMIC PROJECT
1. "Development of Hot idle control unit",
as a part of diploma course curriculum the project was executed, the challenge was to develop a
small mechanism which can affixed on the carburetor of a moped vehicle to reduce fuel
consumption during idling condition which will result in better fuel efficiency of the vehicle. We
have achieved 15% increase in fuel efficiency and considerable decrease in carbon monoxide and
Sox emission.
2. Automatic Wiper System
Subject: Mechatronics
Year: 2009-2010
Project Details: The objective of this project was to automate the manual wiper system. While
automation, the expensive infrared sensor was replaced with simple & inexpensive control
module and in doing so the quality & efficiency of the system was never compromised.

extinguisher .This system will let out CO2 through diffuser in two compartments classified as
engine compartment,& wire ducting compartment .The main aim of this system is to avoid the
