Vel'Afrika is a company that started in 2015 with a vision to provide small local producers access to global markets. They currently have four employees and offer limited products. Their challenges include financial issues, customer service problems like delivery updates and website speed/loading, and frequent downtime of their website. To address these, they plan to focus on improving their infrastructure, delivery options through a shipping partner, and product variety. A proposed solution is to implement a commercial or custom-built system to solve the website issues, integrate international payment options, and automate seller onboarding. The project will go through requirements gathering, create a future process map, and use a prioritized approach to implement the suggested solutions.
