4. SHEQ (Safety Health and Environment Quality Assurance Officer)
4.1 Key Roles
 Ensure the company meets all its legislative compliance obligations with NSSA, City of Harare, EMA and all other relevant authorities
 Serve as primary contact for all regulatory agencies for inspections (air, water, waste)
 Manage the maintenance and implementation of safety programs, compliance plans and initiatives.
 Ensure company is prepared for emergencies and evacuations, particularly fire
 Conduct, coordinate and track various training to support company programs.

5.1 Key Roles
 Analyze processes for compliance with laid down accounting, auditing and operational standards and procedures
 Draft audit reports of financial statements and operations
 Identify areas of risk and relaying information to Audit Manager
 Conducts data integrity tests
 Coordinate internal and external audit schedules
5.2 Key Skills & Attributes
 High attention to detail
 Good technical knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards and procedures
 Effective time management skills to meet set deadlines.
 Expertise in use of software programs like MS Excel and Pastel
