• Private Wealth division of a large Bank - When it comes to providing financial
information to ultra-high net-worth investors and family offices, the number of
people consuming the data is significant. These investors have multiple third party
advisors, a staff dedicated to the administration of their wealth, position advisors,
tax preparers, estate lawyers and more. Each group needs their investor’s data for
a different purpose, and each needs it in a different way. Our client partnered
with Axis to help define needs of the Family Office segment, and build an online
service offering to meet the information demands of all of the parties involved.
The Axis User Experience team developed a new approach that put the needs of a
complex financial customer in the spotlight and allowed family offices improved
efficiencies. By streamlining their existing processes and aiding with the
dissemination of information to third party advisors, family office staffers have
more time to focus on their strategic goals: growing family wealth and meeting the
family members’ financial needs.
• Startup focusing on rights management - Our client had a unique proposition – to give
content authors online the ability to build their reputation and make money through
reuse of their content. The company needed an application that would give their
users the tools they needed to manage content licensing across their sources – from
blogs to photo albums, podcasts to Web video – all targeted toward a user
community that demands excellence, and thrives on rich Web experiences. The
client’s service needed to be sensitive to the changing needs and trends of a diverse
and demanding audience. Axis designed an application that embodies the client’s
value proposition – a solid core of license management at the center of a dynamic and
evolving world of online content reuse and community involvement. With a flexible
information architecture and ideas for the future, our client was ready to take user
generated content to the next stage in its evolution.
