 Image Administrator:- Verrifying the Loan service request (LSR) submitted by the loan
officer and creating a new loan or adding the documents to the existing loan and creating
work flow.
 ICS:- Investor Compliance Specialist, review of the file for investor& submitter specific
information and complete partial data entry in Atlas.
 Contract underwriting, MI and Recession Relief:- key in the borrower’s information
from loan application like income, assets,liabilities, REO details into MGIC’s system
(ATLAS) and generating a report called the signal which shows the risk level of the file,
characteristics of the loan and messages for the underwriter to review for final approval or
denial of the loan.
 Indexing:- Segregating the loan package received via mail, fax or loan center to respective

view of documents.
 FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act):- Sending out a notice to the mortgage loan applicant

score.

 I have trained new joiners in Contract/MI/FCRA and RR process and have been a mentor for them
throughout their training period. Further have also given training and assistance to colleagues’ in all the
