This presentation summarizes a study on the effectiveness of brain gym exercises on stress and sleep quality among young adults. The study aims to evaluate the effects of brain gym exercises, which involve 26 movements stimulating the brain. Sixty young adult participants between 18-25 years of age with insomnia and stress will be screened and participate in the study. Participants will complete questionnaires measuring insomnia, sleep quality, and stress before and after participating in a month-long brain gym exercise protocol consisting of 10 specific exercises done 5 days a week. The study hypothesizes that brain gym exercises will significantly reduce stress levels and improve sleep quality among participants.
