The document discusses different views on religious pluralism and salvation: exclusivism holds that only one religion leads to God; inclusivism believes that while one religion contains full truth, other religions may also lead to God; pluralism asserts that all religions equally lead to God. It notes arguments from scripture used to support universalism, but also problems with this view in undermining evangelism, discipleship, and teachings on hell. It explores revelation through creation, scripture, and the incarnation. It quotes a passage arguing Christians should challenge society not through politics but by living out the gospel in local congregations.

This is a study of Jesus to be reigning for ever and ever. This is a promise that runs all through Scripture and gives believers a sense of assurance for He will be our Lord and Savior always and forever.
This is a study of Jesus being that one righteous man. Only one man led the world into sin, and only one man who was righteous could lead man back to God, and that man was the God-man, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus was the sender of the gospel to allGLENN PEASE
This is a study of the Great Commission of Jesus in the Gospel of Mark with comparisons with other texts. Jesus sent his disciples into all the world to bring the good news of salvation.

It explores the themes of our calling as Christians, integrating work and faith, and reaching out to the world around us. It also draws on the work of Timothy Keller's book, "Every Good Endeavor". More info and a sermon summary is available here: http://wp.me/p570x-K

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
The Book of Joshua is the sixth book in the Hebrew Bible and the Old Testament, and is the first book of the Deuteronomistic history, the story of Israel from the conquest of Canaan to the Babylonian exile.
Homily: The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity Sunday 2024.docxJames Knipper
Countless volumes have been written trying to explain the mystery of three persons in one true God, leaving us to resort to metaphors such as the three-leaf clover to try to comprehend the Divinity. Many of us grew up with the quintessential pyramidal Trinity structure of God at the top and Son and Spirit in opposite corners. But what if we looked at this ‘mystery’ from a different perspective? What if we shifted our language of God as a being towards the concept of God as love? What if we focused more on the relationship within the Trinity versus the persons of the Trinity? What if stopped looking at God as a noun…and instead considered God as a verb? Check it out…

53. “If the gospel is to challenge the public life of
our society, if Christians are to occupy the
“high ground” which they vacated in the noon
time of “modernity,” it will not be by forming a
Christian political party, or by aggressive
propaganda campaigns. Once again it has to
be said that there can be no going back to the
“Constantinian” era. It will only be by
movements that begin with the local
congregation in which the reality of the new
creation is present, known, and experienced,
and from which men and women will go into
every sector of public life to claim it for Christ,
to unmask the illusions which have remained
hidden and to expose all areas of public life to
the illumination of the gospel. But that will only
happen as and when local congregations
renounce an introverted concern for their own
life, and recognize that they exist for the sake
of those who are not members, as sign,
instrument, and foretaste of Godʼs redeeming
grace for the whole life of society.”
