Human Nature & Education: An Analysis between Western and Islamic Psychologies Mohd Abbas Abdul Razak
This presentation focuses on the different concepts of human nature and their impact on education. To carry out this task the researchers selected ideas on man provided by three mainstream psychology of the West and compared them with the Islamic psychology. After comparing ideas on man from the Western and Islamic psychological viewpoints, the researchers went on further to analyze the most likely type of person that can be produced by applying each concepts in education. The result has indicated that all the three Western schools did explain some aspects of human nature, but nothing was more comprehensible than what has been explained in Islamic psychology. The West can learn the philosophical ideas on the creation of a good man from the Islamic perspective. Likewise, Islamic psychology which is philosophical in nature, can adopt some aspects of the scientific methods in understanding man provided by Western psychology.

The constitutional guarantees for empowerment of women
The constitutional guarantees for empowerment of women are as follows:
Fundamental Rights ensure empowerment of women thro’
Article 14- equal rights and opportunities for men and women in the political, economic and social sphere
Article 15- prohibition of discrimination on the grounds of sex, religion, caste etc
Article 15(3)- empowers the State to take affirmative measures for women
Article 16- provides for equality of opportunities in the matter of public appointments
The directive Principals ensure empowerment of women thro’
• Article 39- enjoins the state to provide an
– adequate means of livelihood to men and women and
– Equal pay for equal work
– Article 42- State to ensure the provision for just and humane condition of work and maternity relief.
• Fundamental duties
• Article 51v (A) (e) - fundamental duty on every citizen to renounce the practices derogatory to the dignity of women.
• Financial Accountability
• Article 151- reports relating to the accounts of the Union and states to be prepared and placed before the Parliament and State legislatures respectively.
Articulation of the demands and alternatives suggested by the women’s movement constantly refer to the Fundamental Rights in the Constitution of India such as
Article 14- equal rights and opportunities for men and women in the political, economic and social sphere
Article 15- prohibition of discrimination on the grounds of sex, religion, caste etc
Article 15(3) that empowers the State to take affirmative measures for women
Article 16 that provides for equality of opportunities in the matter of public appointments
When the government of India signed the UN charter on Equality, Development and Peace in 1975, the process of gender audit in the governance got an official stamp. In 1976, the Equal Remuneration Act was enacted to provide equal opportunities, equal treatment and equal wages for work of similar nature. NGOs have been consistently doing public scrutiny of Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 and specific provisions for women in general labour laws, The Factories Act, 1948 – Section 34 provides that the State government can lay down rules prescribing weights that may be carried by men and women, The Contract Labour (Abolition and Regulation) Act and Rules- that separate provision of utilities for women and fixed working hours.
Though these laws have proper implementation mechanisms, there is no provision for monitoring the effect of these laws on women. Allowance for special provisions for women have often proven to be detrimental to their employment opportunities. Participation of workingwomen in the decision-making processes in the industrial and agrarian relations is abysmally low. Women’s access to legal service largely remains inadequate in spite of the legal service Act, 1987.
Recently, it has become increasingly evident that we have engineers and scientists reaching a professional level of practice without a clear understanding of the scientific method, its origins, and its fundamental workings. There also appears to be a lack of appreciation of our total dependence on the truths that science continually reveals. How this situation ensued appears to vary from country to country, and the flavour of education system encountered by students. But a common complaint is the progressive dumbing down of the science curriculum along with a dire shortage of qualified teachers. This also seems to be compounded with the increasing speciation of science and engineering into narrower and narrower disciplines. So this situation (crisis?) prompted a request for a corrective series of foundation lectures focussed on healing these educational flaws across relevant disciplines, graduating and practicing levels. This then is the first in this foundation series.
In a world that appears riven by social media, ill-informed opinion, rumour, and conspiracy theories in preference to facts and established truths, it can be alarming to see scientists, doctors, and engineers challenged by vacuous statements that often hold sway over the hard-won truths of science. Moreover, large numbers of people do not understand the ‘scientific method’ and what makes it so powerful.
Paradoxically, those challenging science and scientists based on their belief systems do so using technologies that can only be furnished by scientific methodologies. For sure; no religion, belief system, great political mind, anarchist, professional protester, or social commentator will produce a TV set, mobile phone, laptop, tablet, supercomputer, MRI Scanner, AI system, or vaccine! But they will criticise, challenge, and be abusive based on their ignorance and inability.
So, this is the world that now influences the minds of young aspiring students, and this presentation is designed to go beyond the simple exposition and statement of the scientific principles and method, to provide an ancient, modern, and forward-looking perspective. It also includes a complex ‘worked example’ to highlight the rigour that must be applied to establish any truth!

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.

The basic problem, therefore, is that of education- the lack of proper and
adequate Islamic education and western dominance in all walk of lives. The rise of
false leaders in all spheres of life, rise of false 'ulamma' who restrict knowledge
(al-'ilm) to the domain of jurisprudence (fiqh), they delight in endless
controversy, disputations and polemics which succeed only in making mountains
out of jurisprudential molehills in whose blind paths the gene- reality of Muslims
are left guideless and bewildered.

Confusion and error in knowledge lead to the rise of
leaders who are not qualified for valid leadership of the
Muslim community, who do not possess the high
moral, intellectual and spiritual standards required for
Islamic leadership, who perpetuate the condition
further, ensure the continued control of the affairs of the
community by leaders like them who dominate in all fields.

Due To Total Neglect Of

Became The Private Matter
And Relation With GOD Not

Separation From Devine Realm Lead To Change In Meaning
Of Ibadah To Just Daily Five Congregational Prayers , Up To
Most Nawafil, Reciting Names Of ALLAH On Beads and
Making Several Ummrah And Hajj.
Lack Of True Knowledge Lead To
Change In Meaning Of Islam, Ibadah
And Deen.
ISLAM Means “TO SURRENDER” , IBADAH
Means “TO BECOME ABD OF ALLAH WITH LOVE
AND WILL” To Become Ghulaam Of ALLAH
Rather Than A Servant Who Serves Him Part
Time During His Prayers And To The Most In
Other Nafali Ibadah.
FROM A RATIONAL VIEW POINT
If He is in reality our Creator, Master, and Sovereign and
so also of this universe, then it is equally meaningless
that His jurisdiction should be limited to the private life of
an individual and from the very point from which the
contact of one person with another commences, His
jurisdiction should cease and come to an end
Again it passes our understanding completely that if we do not need GOD
and His Guidance and direction in our family affairs, in the affairs of our
town and city, in our schools and colleges, in our bazaars and markets, in
our parliaments and government houses, in our high courts and secretariat
offices, in our cantonments and police lines, and in our battlefields and
peace conferences, then what other sphere of life is left in which He
should be needed at all?
Why should such a GOD be accepted and believed in or worshipped, Who
is either so useless that He does not give us any guidance in the affairs of
our life or (we seek the refuge of GOD in saying so) that He is so foolish
that none of his directions to regulate our affairs appear to us to be
reasonable or practicable?

Due To Globalization The Concept Of

Thought To Be A Islamic State But Its
Behaviour Is Of A Muslim State Which Is
Secular In Its Belief.

29. The Qur'an describes the MAJORITY
of the earth's population
“so be not deceived by their
[uninhibited] movement throughout the
land” [40:4]
"But MOST of the people DO NOT KNOW." [12:21]
"No, but MOST of them DO NOT USE THEIR
MINDS." [29:63]
"MOST of the people DO NOT BELIEVE." [40:59]
"They are not EXCEPT like sheep. No, but they are
even more astray." [25:44]
The Messenger (sas) has informed us that
the correct Deen is like a stranger to the
people when he said: Indeed Islaam
began as a stranger and shall return as a
stranger just as it began, so Toobaa (a tree
in Paradise) for the strangers.
