Pixel Art
• Pixel art is generated on computers, unlike
    other digital art forms its created pixel by
    pixel. This makes pixel art very time
    consuming but its is possible to generate
    works of higher quality.
Concept Art
• Concept art is a illustration to convey a visual
    idea, so you can see what the end product
    will look like.
Texture Art
• Texture art conveys what the surface of
    something may feel like. This makes the
    work more realistic and believable.

Background Graphics
• Backgrounds graphics are literally graphics
    that can be seen in the background of a
    game or interface. For a games they set the
    environment of the level and in an interface
    they add depth.
Print Media Art
• Is the packaging of the game, and other
     merchandise such as posters etc. Call of
     duty/Activision use print media art
     extremely effectively. As you can see by
     these pictures.
