Order Processing Fees
 Order Processing fee is a flat fee, at pre-defined slabs, that is charged on all
complete orders (per unit) fulfilled through Shopclues.com
 This fee structure depends upon the Expected Payout of the Order and is charged
per unit
 With effect from 10th Apr 2018, the revised charges will be applicable for Order
Processing are as mentioned below:
Expected Payout/unit quantity Current fee Revised fee
A. Less than 150 5+ GST@18% 6+ GST@18%
B. 150-499 10+ GST@18% 12+ GST@18%
C. 500-999 10+ GST@18% 15+ GST@18%
D. 1000 and above 10+ GST@18% 20+ GST@18%

Features of Order Processing Fee
Order Processing fee is applicable only on Complete orders
It is not applicable on RTO, RMA (Pick and no Pick) and Cancelled orders
It is applicable on all RB and Deal orders without exception
It is applicable for all types of merchants including TRM
Note: Order Processing fee charges will be deducted in the form of a debit from
Merchant payout in the weekly billing cycle with a delay of one month under Reason
code - 72

 What is Order Processing Fee?

 What is the fee structure?
Order Processing Fee depends upon the Expected Payout of the Order. It is charged
per unit.

FAQs on Order Processing Fee
 On what all order buckets is this Order Processing Fee applicable?
The fee is applicable only on Complete orders. The fee is not applicable on RTO, RMA
(Pick and no Pick) and Cancelled orders. For RMA Orders after complete, reversal of
fee is done in the normal weekly billing cycle.
 Is the Order Processing Fee applicable on RB orders too?
Yes. Order Processing fee is applicable on all RB and Deal orders without exception. It
is deducted from Expected Payout.
 Is the Order Processing Fee applicable for TRM too?
Yes. Order Processing fee is charged for all types of merchants including TRM.

FAQs on Order Processing Fee
 How is Order Processing fee different from Category Commission (Selling fee)?
Selling Fee is the commission Shopclues earns and varies by Category. Order
Processing Fee is a flat fee over and above Selling Fee and Fulfilment Fee (in RB).
 When will the charges be deducted from Merchant?
The charges will be deducted in the form of a debit from Merchant payout in the
weekly billing cycle with a delay of one month (for order completion) under Reason
code-72.
