This document discusses the clinical experiences of using high-dose Ultracet for pain control. It describes using Ultracet to manage post-operative pain for various surgeries without patient-controlled analgesia. Ultracet was also used to treat complicated spinal problems like failed back syndrome, osteoporotic compression fractures, and spinal cord injuries. Doses of 1-2 tablets of Ultracet up to 4 times daily were used for acute pain, tapering to twice daily or less for chronic pain. Common side effects included nausea, dizziness, abdominal fullness, and skin rashes. Ultracet provided pain relief with a VAS score around 3-4 for various conditions.
